What I forgot to say specifically is that Kiara will be the only one with an active skill that has an AOE NP reduction. (Until Shi Huang Di is released) That was my mistake for not being clear.

to be honest, when youre starting FGO Kiara is one of the easiest to MAX. I mean you can have her lv 90 without finishing S.Fuyuki by only farming in Daily.

Why should you get Sherlock? It's Elementary, my dear. He's an Arts crit support, with DEF- Down. Pair him with Saberlot and CasterGil and watch as you massacre everything in your path. Plus, he's Sherlock and he's hot. What more do you want? Great list Kei.
@@yunaya_. Both are really strong and both are limited, but Melth had only 1 single rate up (during the Fate/Extra CCC event), so if you don't get her, we don't know when she'll return (on the other side, Sherlock had about 3-4 rate ups).

Clairvoyance EX only lets us foresee the future banners. I want np2 Hokusai for speed farming, but Abigail and Eresh are some of my favorite Servants... _Damn it all..._

Yeah this actually does bring up quite the dilemna. Abby and Hokusai are surprisingly comparable (especially since Hokusai can loop Def Down pretty crazily to make up for having an AOE NP to bridge the power gap from Abby's ST Buster NP). They're both also great characters with cthulu tentacle design themes and even the same class. Overall...Hokusai might end up being slightly better due to having a much more reliable emergency survival option (Terror status is way too gimmicky) and being much more splashable in non-Merlin centered teams, but that AOE modifier really dampens their theoretical NP power.
Finally there is someone make a video about Kiara. Thank you very much. Personally, about Foreigner, I'm looking forward to having Hokusai more than Abigail.

Because sisters. -_- (they're really complicated) Ereshkigal just changes a few things on Rin to make herself stand out. What? Divine Spirits can change the host's eye color (red and golden instead of blue for Rin), so is it that far-fetched to believe Eresh could change Rin's hair color? I know the blonde hair made you jump into the thought "hey! That's Fate/EXTRA Rin!", but it's not the case. Trust me, I thought the same thing at first.
Note on Kiara: she just got a buff to her second skill too. An AOE buff removal - something only possessed by Ivan and Amakusa on his NP. Very uncommon utility and a huge selling point on those other two servants.
Kiara NP hits like a wet noodle they say but that won't stop me from rolling for her Edit: Since I'm not a fan of Bradamante, I'll roll for Eresh next year.
Sherlock and Abby are high on my most wanted SSRs list, mainly for character reasons, though gameplay is a pleasant bonus. Sherlock would fit in well with a great number of my setups, including the CasGil/Paracelsus/Waver team I’m currently using for Assassin farming. Abby’s kit seems a bit more unorthodox, but that’s something I can experiment with.
I just want Eresh, Melt and Osakabehime this year. I always roll for the waifus and Nero has made very clear before that she doesn't want to go to my Chaldea.
Scherzade would be nice. Every 4 star coming out. A chance to get okita. Redemption on brynhildr and Raikou. Eresh Arthur and swimsuit servants. Maybe alter ego or wait for okita Alter for other reasons.

I'm going for the sexy nun, for obvious reasons, and as soon as I get her I'm gonna Grail her. I'll wait for the next Foreigner that isn't a little girl. Ereshkagal is a Rin-face so there is a high chance that I'll roll for her just to complete my collection.
Nah Kiara isn't that worthy unless Np2 or more, better summon Meltlilith instead because future Skadi meta. If you need aoe alter ego for farming just wait for Okita alter. Abigail also not that worthy, since Hokusai is just a few month after Abigail release, Hokusai is much better to have as foreigner class if you just planning to have anti zerker servant. The rest are ok.
I'll be rolling for Sherlock most definitely, but I probably won't have enough SQ to justify summoning for any of the Alter Egos, summer servants, or EoR chapter banner servants. Hopefully, I can get lucky with the New Years 2020 GSSR and get Abby, but I've gotta make sure to save up for Sigurd after I've (hopefully) gotten Sherlock since Bryn is best yandere waifu and needs her husbando. Not to mention I want to save up extra for Okita Alter as well, so I'll still be planning on getting an SSR Alter Ego eventually, just not until next year. Basically, next year is gonna be the death of my wallet, so I need to take this year when not many of my priority servants are dropping to give it a rest.

(At the time of making this comment) So the pre-CCC banner and this year’s Nero fest are your last chances to get her. Yes you can technically still get her from the lucky grab bags, but I don’t trust my luck from those. Oh and could you guys give me your strength? Because I’ve rolled for her on all of her banners and never gotten her, and if I roll for her with all the SQ I have now, I will have spent 1200 SQ for her. I need your help brothers.
As for me roll for usefulness. My regret is wasting 107 singles on Gudaguda banner, I should had save them up to roll for Nero Bride. I'm doing YOLO...cause F2p have a difficult time getting sq back. 18 tickets left...and 732 sq.

Wow I though you would have pick Melt since she is MVP in Salem but I personally likes Kiara more than Melt but she is nothing compare to Passionlip. Not sure why Sherlock is so special since Martha is better during Fes 2018. Hokusai maybe better than Abby but Abby is so adorable and she is currently the foreigner I want the most. Ereshkigal is a must servant, I want her so badly and sad she haven't gotten more than 2 rate up so far. Nero Caster biggest issue is that she have to compete with Malter and in that battle Malter always win

2019 is brutal, so many great servants worth summoning. Of all servants you mentioned in the video, I personally want Kiara & Caster Nero but I need to skip all of them in favor of rolling for Artoria archer, Musashi, & King Hassan (which I failed to get, sucks.) I don't know how it goes in JP counterpart, but iirc these 3 have never gotten another rateup again so far so this year could be very well my only chance of getting them.
I already have 3 of my top 5 SSRs, Musashi, Gramps, and MHXA, my other 2 are Caster Nero and Eresh. You forgot to mention one more thing about Ereshkigal, she's just too darn cute
1) Bryn 2) Bryn 3) Bryn 4) Bryn 5) Osakabehime Not an awful lot of targets in 2019, but this allows for saving for Bryn and 2020 which is hell with Sigurd and Dantes and Fujino and the Valkyries. Then comes 2021 with Bradamante and Murasaki and Miyu. Oh booooi (I knoiw Bradamante is technically 2020 but she's at the end of the year so might as well include her in the 2021 summoning plan)
@@KeiChaldea I think it might be lackluster for us, but it honestly comes down to personal preference. Many people are excited for CCC, summer or Abigail, Proto Arthur, Ereshkigal, another shot at Merlin or Mushashi or KH. Sure it doesn't have any new high priority targets like 2018 with Merlin or 2020 for Skadi but most of the people roll for their favorites anyway. So if their favorites are coming up this year it'll be great for us, while we can keep saving for the few targets we have (such as Bryn) and the upcoming hell of great banner after great banner in 2020. Bryn also got a figure annoucement this year (FINALLY!) so I can't be more satisfied with this year. Lackluster (for me) the lineup might be, but this gives me an easier time for saving for best Valkyrie.

What Consider to roll 2019(for me mostly things i didnt own RN) . 1. Saber - Beni Enma - I regretted this pickup :( she has evasion, np seal and good buff , i dont like loli though. 2. Ruler - Amakusa , dispell before damage. 3. Alter ego - Ganbare myself. 4. Lancer - Scathach - No reason just to complete my shichou pack. np 1 can dealt 500K dmg self buff. 5. Archer - Jeane - Star generator , invincibilty. party buff. 6. Rider - i am good with ozy already no rolls. 7. Assasin - Lets aim for tamamo 8. Caster - Tamamo power! cooldown reset :3 stall and arts buff. 9. Berserker - i really dont want to roll except to get mama mitsu.
Good list, Kei! I plan on summoning Eresh & Nero Caster, not sure about Abigail or Sherlock. Kiara, I'd rather not for story reasons... My other targets this year are those who I missed last year, like Cleo & Ishtar, as well as Okita.
Out of all the servants you talked about I have an NP2 KiaraMommy and a Daughter Abby NP1, the only one I couldn't get was Eresh and i started playing around august when they all came out soo I didn't get a chance to pull Waifu Summer Nero :/
i'm aiming to save for summer. i started playing during last summer and had nothing to summon with yet. i'm hoping to get summer artoria, summer mordred and summer nero. i'm basically f2p. hopefully those three are not too much to ask for. my only roll experience is from merlin, so i can't gauge what i can realistically expect to get yet. the thing is that i don't have tamamo and nero bride. i think the next solo rates up for both of them are in april and i really want those two as well. the big plan is to get one big arts attacker girl for each class. summer artoria is on the re-run and i have to get her. same with nero bride afaik. qin liangyu is next year. i want to get summer nero before the re-run, so i can save for summer jeanne. shuten is the assassin, mordred's the rider and extra is hokusai.
I could use an SR Lancer, There's only so much Cu can do. Definitely will toss something towards Kiara. Holmes sounds nice, but unless I get really lucky, I'll be sticking with Jeanne. And Summer Nero is tempting, but Summer Salter and Raikou are too hard to pass up. But I still need Arthur. He's top priority.
I'll make sure to save up a lot for Caster Nero for the second Summer Event. Not on your list but, I probably give Meltryllis a shot if I feel confident to spend my quartz since that's a one-time rate up banner for CCC event. Still don't have a ruler or avenger yet which might be a while longer.

I just want Eresh, Melt and Osakabehime this year. I always roll for the waifus and Nero has made very clear before that she doesn't want to go to my Chaldea.
Scherzade would be nice. Every 4 star coming out. A chance to get okita. Redemption on brynhildr and Raikou. Eresh Arthur and swimsuit servants. Maybe alter ego or wait for okita Alter for other reasons.
I see people getting spooked by 5 stars and getting upset but I honestly would take any 5 stars.

I want everyone on this list except Sherlock. Also unless I can pull Meltryllis and Passionlip within a certain amount of quartz I might have to skip kiara, hopefully it doesn't come to that.
I'm going for the sexy nun, for obvious reasons, and as soon as I get her I'm gonna Grail her. I'll wait for the next Foreigner that isn't a little girl. Ereshkagal is a Rin-face so there is a high chance that I'll roll for her just to complete my collection.
You know what I miss? Games that let you buy characters you thought were worth buying.
Surfer Mo-san has AOE NP charge down as well btw. The chance increases based on overcharge effects but it mostly triggers even at 100% overcharge.
Nah Kiara isn't that worthy unless Np2 or more, better summon Meltlilith instead because future Skadi meta. If you need aoe alter ego for farming just wait for Okita alter.
Abigail also not that worthy, since Hokusai is just a few month after Abigail release, Hokusai is much better to have as foreigner class if you just planning to have anti zerker servant.

I'll be rolling for Sherlock most definitely, but I probably won't have enough SQ to justify summoning for any of the Alter Egos, summer servants, or EoR chapter banner servants. Hopefully, I can get lucky with the New Years 2020 GSSR and get Abby, but I've gotta make sure to save up for Sigurd after I've (hopefully) gotten Sherlock since Bryn is best yandere waifu and needs her husbando. Not to mention I want to save up extra for Okita Alter as well, so I'll still be planning on getting an SSR Alter Ego eventually, just not until next year.
Basically, next year is gonna be the death of my wallet, so I need to take this year when not many of my priority servants are dropping to give it a rest.
Also, Nero Caster is a Newtype.

So the pre-CCC banner and this year’s Nero fest are your last chances to get her. Yes you can technically still get her from the lucky grab bags, but I don’t trust my luck from those.
Oh and could you guys give me your strength? Because I’ve rolled for her on all of her banners and never gotten her, and if I roll for her with all the SQ I have now, I will have spent 1200 SQ for her. I need your help brothers.

1: Kiara's strengthening quest (adding Arts resistance down and shortening cooldown by 1 for 1st skill) came to JP server in 2018 March, so ... 2020 March for NA server? Plus, her NP damage is ... not very ideal. Get ready for NP2.
2: For some reason, when Kiara attacks rulers, the damage is displayed as "weak". So, yeah, Kiara is the only servant that deals bonus damage to other 6 classes.
3: While Holmes relies on his NP heavily, he doesn't really have a skill set for NP charging, but a set for one-turn Arts criting. Weird.
4: Remember, Holmes gives you ignore invincibility and ignore defense buff. You'll know it when you need him (to get revenge on Nerofest Siegfried for example).
5: Abby's skill cooldowns are ... reflective of the skill values. They're long, but yeah, the skills are pretty useful.
6: All foreigners (and BB) have two sets of ... basically everything. Feel free to switch around if you like.
7: Eresh's ATK/DEF is tuned for defense, meaning she has a really low ATK. In short, get ready to roll for NP2.
8: Eresh has one Arts card, and it's probably ... the best Arts card in FGO (territory creation A yay!), making her NP pretty spammable.
9: If you look closely, Summer Nero's third sprite shows that she has two right feet.
10: Summer Nero's self attack buffs include: 20%-60% NP damage up (NP overcharge), 30% ATK up (2nd skill), and the big part, 50% ATK up (3rd skill. Yeah, it's a crazy attaking skill disguised as a survival skill (do you really want to use the skill just for the 1HP guts? (oh, hi Ann, hi Mary, hi Hijikata-san, didn't see you over there))), so yeah.
11: Summer Nero is a caster, and that means her damage output under no buff looks ... not good. Again, why even IS she a caster (the one class that effects a low damage output aside from Assassin, the one class that, as stated in Extra, Nero cannot become)?
Edit: So, Kiara strenthening quest 2 got out just now, and she now has buff removal on her second skill, for some reason.
Wow I though you would have pick Melt since she is MVP in Salem but I personally likes Kiara more than Melt but she is nothing compare to Passionlip.
Not sure why Sherlock is so special since Martha is better during Fes 2018.
Hokusai maybe better than Abby but Abby is so adorable and she is currently the foreigner I want the most.
Ereshkigal is a must servant, I want her so badly and sad she haven't gotten more than 2 rate up so far.
Nero Caster biggest issue is that she have to compete with Malter and in that battle Malter always win

2019 is brutal, so many great servants worth summoning. Of all servants you mentioned in the video, I personally want Kiara & Caster Nero but I need to skip all of them in favor of rolling for Artoria archer, Musashi, & King Hassan (which I failed to get, sucks.) I don't know how it goes in JP counterpart, but iirc these 3 have never gotten another rateup again so far so this year could be very well my only chance of getting them.

Not an awful lot of targets in 2019, but this allows for saving for Bryn and 2020 which is hell with Sigurd and Dantes and Fujino and the Valkyries. Then comes 2021 with Bradamante and Murasaki and Miyu. Oh booooi (I knoiw Bradamante is technically 2020 but she's at the end of the year so might as well include her in the 2021 summoning plan)
I agree, 2019 feels a bit lackluster compared to 2018 or 2020. Saving for Bryn as well!
@@KeiChaldea I think it might be lackluster for us, but it honestly comes down to personal preference. Many people are excited for CCC, summer or Abigail, Proto Arthur, Ereshkigal, another shot at Merlin or Mushashi or KH.
Sure it doesn't have any new high priority targets like 2018 with Merlin or 2020 for Skadi but most of the people roll for their favorites anyway.
So if their favorites are coming up this year it'll be great for us, while we can keep saving for the few targets we have (such as Bryn) and the upcoming hell of great banner after great banner in 2020.
Bryn also got a figure annoucement this year (FINALLY!) so I can't be more satisfied with this year. Lackluster (for me) the lineup might be, but this gives me an easier time for saving for best Valkyrie.

4. Lancer - Scathach - No reason just to complete my shichou pack. np 1 can dealt 500K dmg self buff.

I plan on summoning Eresh & Nero Caster, not sure about Abigail or Sherlock. Kiara, I'd rather not for story reasons... My other targets this year are those who I missed last year, like Cleo & Ishtar, as well as Okita.
Out of all the servants you talked about I have an NP2 KiaraMommy and a Daughter Abby NP1, the only one I couldn't get was Eresh and i started playing around august when they all came out soo I didn't get a chance to pull Waifu Summer Nero :/
i'm aiming to save for summer. i started playing during last summer and had nothing to summon with yet. i'm hoping to get summer artoria, summer mordred and summer nero. i'm basically f2p. hopefully those three are not too much to ask for.
my only roll experience is from merlin, so i can't gauge what i can realistically expect to get yet.
the thing is that i don't have tamamo and nero bride. i think the next solo rates up for both of them are in april and i really want those two as well.
the big plan is to get one big arts attacker girl for each class.
summer artoria is on the re-run and i have to get her. same with nero bride afaik. qin liangyu is next year.
i want to get summer nero before the re-run, so i can save for summer jeanne. shuten is the assassin, mordred's the rider and extra is hokusai.

I could use an SR Lancer, There's only so much Cu can do. Definitely will toss something towards Kiara. Holmes sounds nice, but unless I get really lucky, I'll be sticking with Jeanne. And Summer Nero is tempting, but Summer Salter and Raikou are too hard to pass up. But I still need Arthur. He's top priority.
