Most importantly, you knew the correct direction to take the case off and the correct order in which to put the case back on. Nothing had to be forced. I highly recommend Olumide's easy to follow instructions.

I just bought a JBL Charge 3 and received it yesterday. I charged it, no lights came on. Tried different chargers and still nothing. The JBL charger does work with my phone. I tried holding buttons down and nothing. Do I need to return it?
Hello Ursula, i think you should please return the speakers as this is a fault from the manufacturer. Explain to them as well so you can either get a refund or exchange it for a brand new one.

Hello Balaji, i got the replacement battery from Amazon and the link is in the description of the video. You can also check AliExpress for the “replacement battery”.
Do i need to buy the same? Beacouse i found a diferent brand but with the same requirements...i dont know if it fits but the seller says so

Do I have to take off both end speak covers to open the end with the battery
Hello, you don’t have to open both ends. When you lift up the cover of the battery just trace the wire connected to the battery on which end it’s located.

Hello, maybe you should just oil the screws just a little bit and leave it for some hrs & make sure the screw drivers are the perfect match for the screws

Hey there, i am not sure this item ships directly from Amazon to Ghana but if you can use a company/someone who you can order the item to and ship to Ghana that would be fine.
