This is so unfair. All I want is to get my boyfriend here safely on a K-1 visa and not have him get the shot. There are too many side effects and it would very likely affect him since he is overweight and has family history of diabetes and cancer.

How the hell does the CDC get so much unbridled power? Just like they said that people could not be evicted, or that they told everyone to wear masks even though they didn’t have the authority.
I spoke with my congressman and they said there is no requirement

@@jannaymartinez6609 You choose a civil surgeon for immigration, he or she will go through a list of medical questions and check your blood pressure and legs. Then he or she will ask what vacc you had in the past and if you can provide proof of that. In my case it was a simple pdf file with the names of the vacc I recieved in the past and the date. Just that. Then you let the civil sergeon know you are not going to taking ANY vacc because you OPPOSE to ANY VACC because of religious beliefs. The civil surgeon will then check of the box that says; 'Applicant will request for an individual waiver based on religious or moral convictions'.
Then at the time of your interview the officer will ask about it and request you for proof, such like a letter stating it is in conflict with you religious convictions and why etc. It's just paper tigers. No one, not even government can EVER make you do something against your free will

I do not agree. It is very concerning,My husband is very much against all vaccines. If it were up to him none of her children would’ve had vaccines. But in order to apply for a waiver it cost $930? I don’t have that kind of money after paying all the fees to begin with. My husband came here as a child, and is an over stay. This is so unfair.

Not until it has been tested to the same standards as the rest of the safe vaccines on the market. The approval is rushed and absolutely no one knows what the long term side effects are. It is not fair to mandate something without fully informed consent. There are a lot of credible doctors who discuss the dangers of the v*ccine that are being censored. It should always be a choice.

Though most people can take panadol, you do realize some people can’t for various medical reasons (liver problems..). To say everyone who enters the US has to take panadol, no exemptions would be stupid. So why is it ok to say everyone has to get a shot without regard to their medical history? It shouldn’t be a blanket statement. It does say, if you have a serious medical problem with the first dose, but I don’t want to find out the hard way that I’ll have a serious medical problem.
