This is ridiculous. It is the law passed by congress that mandate public charge considerations. It is totally fine to consider public insurance as negative factor even for CHIP. This is because at the worst you can pay a bond.
Can you please confirm to have market place insurance from state also will not considered as public charge? as some of state like PA started their own marketplace and offering insurance?
So which mean to say immigration is fine with I having medicade?because I were about to enrol in an health insurance ?so I can show my Medicare card which I have enrolled since 25 years I do have the actual card it says benefit card is this ok this is why am being specific
