    I was hoping he'd go into more details about the legality of keystroke logging incidentally capturing HIPAA data, and if using a 'no expectation of privacy' consent would provide sufficient employer defense argument. Regardless of that, this was really great information!

    s it legal for an employer to monitor a former employee without their consent on a personal device, without any BYOD policy in place, and that former employee being protected by whistleblower laws?

    Smiling faces that are detroying peace of mind. These two are awful. Permit the employee to opt out of these garbace devices. I am forced to carry this garbage by my employer.
