    Very informative video clip. I have a question I can't seem to get an answer doing some research. Can an employer be selective in which employees in an office use time tracking software like timecamp? Does project management software need to be applied across all employees in a workplace ? I would imagine this would violate some kind of equal treatment laws no?

    I just buried my dear mamma. Thursday September 26th,2024 She died suddenly of a heart attack in my arms in my home that Saturday night after I made ,she my dad , dinner. She was a beautiful matriarch with 5 daughters 4 son in laws And 27 grandchildren 1 great grandson It was traumatic for me, my husband, and mine kids we all stood around. Praying while my dad and husband took turns doing chest compressions & mouth to mouth. Until paramedics arrived. I never considered these interesting until this week. Now I want one and will be making that happed as we will order her head stone today. I can not think of a more beautiful thing than having my children have access to those memories while sitting by her grave. Which they have done each day.

    lol this is so old fashioned whatever jobs ask for “references” is not worth your time. I’ve had success with getting hired and they don’t ask for references when a job ask for references run the other way! No thank you!

      Tho many here qt where I'm located (Australia) 98. % of the time will ask for a reference check. I don't understand why they can do a physical interview, if your going for a factory/machine operating job. It's discrimination to an extent.

    Issue with requiring(forcing) employees to take time off is that it doesn’t solve the actual problem as to why they don’t want to voluntarily take days off. Other than that some people genuinely like to work, sooo your just going to make people take days off and they are going to spend the whole day off worrying about the reason why they didn’t want to take the day off in the first place 😅. I would say if the problem can’t be solved(overworked employees because theirs too much work), either hire more people to spread out the workload better or pay the over worked employees more for their hard work. 🤓

    People shouldn't tip because It enables employers not to pay honest wages. In most states if employees do not make at least minimum wage in tips then the employer by law has to make up the difference. Which means people who tip are actually paying the salaries of employees. However, this is not the case for independent contractors such as Uber drivers or Uber eats, they really do get to keep the tips, although they should be paid wages by Uber also.

    It’s too common these days for employees to get fired for taking a vacation thanks to at-will employment. If someone won’t do the job, find someone that will. These days you can get people to work 20-40 extra hours per week for free (mandatory unpaid overtime) by making sure they are afraid of losing their jobs, same goes for vacations.
