Why SCP 3989 is basically just Cells At Work: body horror edition So effectively, what I’m understanding here is the Sarkites found a way to corrupt human physiology into singular specialized killing machines based around individual components of our anatomy. Red blood cells form a massive transport network and typically lack specialization (though possibly unrelated, see SCP 610’s overwhelming ability to spread and transport itself, and overall general capability to slaughter or assimilate everything), White blood cells specialize in defending the body from foreign invaders and are also specialized for different tasks, and coincidentally, can vary significantly in size (see the opaque humanoids, maintaining the orchard from MTFs). Platelets, smaller blood components, repair the blood and body from damage, and prevent the blood from failing its functions (see the worms, the repairing of trees, etc). Then finally, the spine and skeleton, which beyond protecting the organs, serves as the site of Hematopoeisis, that is, the creation of new blood cells. Note that, it is the bone trees where heart-like sacs produce new entities with disturbing connections to our white blood cells and platelets, things produced in our own bones. Another dimension where the Sarkites won and turned a whole world into a fleshy hell.
It’s kinda fascinating and creepy to see plant life in a way that takes the fact that plants ARE living things and distorts that fact into otherworldly body horror. Sarkicism is truly becoming the master at this form of horror.
Sarcites are kinda like finding a spider in your shower while you're using it, scary when you see it but then its just kinda there, you can poke at it to try and kill it or send it down the drain but that leads to the risk of a spider on your naked body.

I wonder if they'd given Goslee and ultrasound, would they have found the tiny entity latched onto his liver ala chest burster style? also the comment about the reliefs on the wall being pretty? Yeah lovecraft reference. The elder things and other Lovecraftian aliens are known for their "horrific bass reliefs" and buildings with "strange geometries". That the agent was calling them "pretty" is a sign that he was driven insane by the anomaly, because normal people are horrified by the lovecraft version and learning the truth of or beholding a Lovecraftian entity is known to drive someone crazy.
Only the greater gods induced insanity in the otherwise mentally healthy. The myth that all Lovecraftian creatures caused madness is due to many of his protagonists already being predisposed to it and/or in story reasons. And of course so many homages that misunderstand his original works. Cthulhu was knocked the f*ck out by ramming a boat into him after all.

I like to think the scp foundation doesn't pay for anything. They just show people a few minutes of video of some of the shit that's out there - then offer them a pill to forget it all in payment.
1:32 Okay... so it's easy to get into without much jarring acclimation, but unstable and a looping space where no matter where you go, you'll always end up back where you started. It holds itself together but has a number of irregular shifts to the local space outside of the cyclical nature of moving. The fact that I heard all of those words and began to imagine the entire thing in my head says something about my ability to comprehend anomalies and reasoning, but darned if I know what it is.
Why don't the Foundation use bots or drones to survey these spaces rather than people? Edit: This was addressed but I still think lab coat guy should've went from the start if he was as enamored with the orchard as this story would have us believe.
The Exploring Series Hey TES, I’ve been wondering if you ever plan on doing a SCP video on Pangloss in the future? Since there are a number of SCPS he’s involved in and plenty of tales as well.

That's because he's your dad
So in conclusion, *"MEEEEEEAT!"* [has heart attack]
Most people in the first few hours: how did you post (number of days) ago!?
Me knowing how but too broke to become part of the squad: *sad cat noises*
(D-Class upon immediately seeing a bunch of prometheus worms on their legs)
D-Class "I'm out."
Supervisor: "aww c'mon you haven't eve-"
D-Class: *"I'm. Out."*
"MTF zeta-9, mole rats"
ok when does the genocide start....
Whenever they get mentioned you know that they're gonna get butchered
After listening to this and playing Condemned: Criminal Origins, I now have a phobia of orchards.
Broooo. 1AM?
I'm a simple man. I see TES posts an SCP video, I watch it.

Is anyone counting thehe amount of times he's said "The foundation swooped in"
This is the third video that shows upon searching 3989. Fantastic.
I just want to know how much the foundation paid the farmer and his family for their land
I like to think the scp foundation doesn't pay for anything. They just show people a few minutes of video of some of the shit that's out there - then offer them a pill to forget it all in payment.

Okay... so it's easy to get into without much jarring acclimation, but unstable and a looping space where no matter where you go, you'll always end up back where you started. It holds itself together but has a number of irregular shifts to the local space outside of the cyclical nature of moving.
The fact that I heard all of those words and began to imagine the entire thing in my head says something about my ability to comprehend anomalies and reasoning, but darned if I know what it is.
Borne by the Blood. Made Men by the Blood. Undone by the Blood.
Our eyes are yet to open

Trees. Bones. Orchards.
SCP-3989: The Bone Orchard.
Why don't the Foundation use bots or drones to survey these spaces rather than people?
Edit: This was addressed but I still think lab coat guy should've went from the start if he was as enamored with the orchard as this story would have us believe.
Long term exposure leads to obsession, so it doesn't kick in right away.
Also they didn’t know what effects this anomaly has on people at the time.
Fine but I still don't get why they won't just use drones or bots rather than people and losing personnel over it.
Abdoulhay Ceesay they probably don’t want to risk provoking the creatures within it since they ARE capable of leaving the bone orchard
The Exploring Series Hey TES, I’ve been wondering if you ever plan on doing a SCP video on Pangloss in the future? Since there are a number of SCPS he’s involved in and plenty of tales as well.
I love the extra dimension SCPs. It's so COOL. This video was cool. Having a voiceover that is enjoyable to the ears is nice when reading loads of text. Nice.
Always worth being up at 1 am for these ^¬^
Never stop making these please
"notices a smaller humanoid about 1.7 meters"
so you're saying im smaller bruh, smh
Compared to some of the scp humanoids we're all smaller
I always love these videos. Have you thought about exploring the Silent hill series, or the Fatal Frame series.
Everyone gangsta till TES uploads at 3 am
The temple sounds so fun to explore tbh
It’s the Living Forest from Mortal Kombat.
I think that was the best line I've heard said here yet "...you know the by now then. The D-class are done painting the floor red..."
We spawn camping this video
When the voice said, "I am here. I live," I wonder who they are? Wouldn't it be terrifying/awesome if it was Orok, or even Grand Karcist Ion himself?
I think the implied horror is this is some unnamed priest directing this. Not someone whose name is worth remembering. We haven't seen the true scope of what Sarkics can do.
Oh boy, here I go spoopying myself again!
"demoted for reasons unknown" means "tried to unionize"
4:40 by God, he's in the Netherwart Forest

Ahhh yee, 3AM SCP time 💙
probably my favorite scp video of yours, thank you so much for all the good videoes you make!
