Hi, Mandy! I'm a long-time subscriber from Georgia. I usually comment on all your videos because you have such a calming demeanor and your recipes are easy and delicious. I was in a horrific car accident on June 15th and have been hospitalized since then for severe injuries and multiple surgeries. I've had intensive occupational and physical therapy and I have fought through terrible pain to be able to walk again. The guy who caused the accident was speeding, on the phone, and eating when he ran a red light and struck me at about 70 mph. Unfortunately he didn't survive the collision.
I recently have started watching my favorite YT channels, yours being one of them, and they have truly helped lift me out of a deep, dark depression resulting from the accident. I'm thankful for your channel and your uplifting spirit. You are a true blessing💕💕💕

I have started buying my rotisserie chicken from Sam's. I wasn't a fan of those chicken until I got one from Sam's. They taste so much better and they are always fresh .

At first I was shocked at the Dorito casserole. I had some PTSD flashback to Jack's Cooking "enchiladas". This is completely the opposite looks amazing and some sweet tea looks great!

I made this recipe last night (chicken dorito casserole) for dinner but I didn’t have any Rotel so I added 2 oz of chipotle in adobo sauce (finely chopped) and 1/2 cup of medium salsa. It was delicious and had a great kick!! 4:52

Also, on the Mac and cheese casserole. If you don't want to buy both cream and half and half, use 1.5 cups of cream and .5 cups of milk (preferably whole). I'll be making all of these dinner gems. Thanks Mandy!!

We do a version of the third one...only instead of pasta, we use leftover baked potatoes cut into bite-sized cubes...skins on. It's great for BBQ leftovers. It's hearty enough that you don't even have to include the chicken if you don't have it on hand...its also a great side. But, we've never met a potatoes we didn't like...lol. Howdy Gracie!

I just bought my second bottle of Auntie No No everything seasoning. I LOVE it. I made a pork roast the other day and sprinkled it all over it and it was delicious. I love putting it on my egggs. THanks Mandy for introducing us all to it.

Hi Mandy!! I made the filling for your southwest casserole & used it in tortillas. I put green enchilada sauce on top with more shredded cheese. I only had 9 tortillas. So, with the leftover mixture I crushed up some questions flavored potato chips & made the sw casserole. Both were delicious!! Thank you fir a new twist on chicken enchiladas.

Yummy-looking as usual! A Paula Deen hack is that whenever you have a recipe call for crushed crackers and then melted butter to pour the melted butter into the baggie with the crushed crackers, crush it around as usual, and then place it on top. It gives a more even distribution of the butter on the crackers. Keep the awesome videos coming!

Just saying what I have been doing for years... when I use the cracker topping, I melt the butter and add the crackers to that and stir it up. The crackers soak up all that buttery goodness. Love your show!

I’ve made the Hash Brown casserole but put crushed corn flakes on top of mine. This is a good side too, if cooked w/o the chicken!
WOW on all recipes. And I have some rotisserie chicken just hollering to do one of these. I actually think I have everything for the ranch Mac and chicken! My granddaughter Maddy is over for the weekend and she will be more than happy to help. My daughter is Amanda but we have always called her Mandy.

I just love all of your videos, love seeing your hubby, son & kitty too! Always love seeing the family reactions. I know you don't show the meals they don't like, but wonder if you have any of those on video? Would be fun to have even one video, of their faces when they taste a meal that is NOT good. Lol. I have seen the blooper video, but just would be fun to see one video of the scrunched up faces when they aren't liking something!
