157 hours playing and I'm still exploring through kindlewastes now lol Then I gotta check out the swamp area before this update too! Glad I took a break and came back now
@@itsIouie the blackmire is a beautiful area, i wish it was slightly bigger. the kindlewaste is kind of barren even after this update where we see several updates to areas like nomad highlands revelwood and blackmire, but kindlewaste areas got maybe 2 minor upfits. you can walk for like 10 minutes and see nothing, especially in the southeastern end of the map by the sun temple.
This time last year, I was super eager for the game. The game released and I saw the potential, but it needed time to cook. I'm still gonna give it more time to cook, but I'm happy to see the progress.
Thank you my friend, In my opinion, as a survivalist game, this is in the top 3. I'm hooked! I am still active in two other games that got me started into survival gameplay! But Enshrouded surpassed that! I have almost 250 hours in this game, the other 2 ..... ooofff ..... almost 1100 hours each! And realized my top best survival game ..... Enshrouded! just my take ....avb
You left me curious on what are the other games you play?!? For me it was Valheim and Grounded! A solid 600 hours or Valheim and I feel like Enshrouded is my new go to for sure!
i doubt they will with the glider system being already mostly broken. building a base above the pillars of creation allows you to glide to anywhere in the southern hemisphere of the map, and now they raised the world border height so you can build pretty high in the mountain biome too to access a sky island base and anywhere from there as well. combine that with updraft and the new skydrafts they have in the mountains, and theres not a whole lot of room to full sprint say a horse. it would be cool to see something like a spirit companion, and each role of the combat triangle gets their own unique partner. say mages get a small cyclops that attacks slow but is really tanky, draws enemies attention so you can wand and cast spells more safely. rangers could be something like a spiritual ranger that focuses on the same enemy as you, and melee could be a mage that heals you for small amounts every so often while you tank, and occasionally lobs fire blasts at crowds of enemies. something along those lines.
I think followers should have a craftable book item that can be placed that allows you to craft their recipes. Either a separate book for each npc or you craft a page when you get a new follower and add it to the book.
i will say, i just finished with the new update's major pathway (objectives and quests, not the minors and side quests) and boy is it rough for a mage solo build. i had to throw a few of the new extra skill points from roots and levels into the tank tree to make physical armor more impactful to deal with those new sabretooth tigres and the new boss. the new area is also a pain to traverse if you are a low stamina build such as a mage as well.
There is an Obsidian Spot just a little ways down from the Mountain Tower Spawn in the new area. It's where I mine my Obsidian and Amethyst. The Amethyst is near one of the little corner towers by the big tower. It's along one of the roads. I'll have to find out what direction it was again. I feel like some of the inner updraft puzzles would be better with the best crafted glider instead of the legendary one. It's seems a little too fast indoors.
thanks. i didnt hear anything about the grappling hook pulling enemies toward user. Im tring really hard to not play. I want to wait for v1. Have fun everyone.
me and my brother played it on early access release and fell in love with it but we didnt play since how much bigger is the map now after these 4 updates double? triple? unlimited?? xD
The blacksmith hasn't offered me the find the bellows quest yet and I've cleared everything as far north as I can before freezing sets in, so what triggers the quest to be available?
I triggered it late in my playthrough - I was about to unlock the 7th flame, not sure what the trigger is - but you can still go and get it - use warm foods and pocket warmers and you should be able to get to the smeltery - you don't need to worry about the freezibg cold there as it's hot and will replenish the bar
@@TotalXclipse I figured it out this morning, after completing the quest to go to the Yak area for wool, the blacksmith offered the quest. Might be other stuff also but I got it.
So... How do i stop getting a huge fps dip and almost a freeze when i switch my weapons/ actiavte my glider or aim with a bow? Im playing on my friends server, we both have good pcs and internet over 600mbps
Id love to play this game but the minimum specs are simply to high, i wish they were a generation lower. (Even if it makes the game look really really bad)
suppose to be 6 new building blocks not including roof and 5 terrain blocks. I have found moss, ice, snow and granite and i dont know the last. As for the building blocks i have only found Conifer, Obsidian and Granite idk the other 3. Im interested in who finds them first let me know
Wasn't moss in the last Blackmire update? I didn't know how many build pieces there were, just know I've found three new build blocks - but I've yet to explore the deadly shroud areas fully
At the obsidian smith / mine (where the tyrant with the bellows are) above the firepit in the centre is a chimney with a grapple hook - go up there and you'll find it
:o Ooooooooouh. Nice update. While the game looks enjoyable, I wonder if I might not have fun with all the combat. My disability progresses and I lose fine motor controls. SF still remains a good exercise in this regard. I'll have to fire up Valheim and see if I can still manage combat. If yes, then maybe I'll pick up this game next time it's on sale.
We've seen some improvements over the previous updates, but I think when they're adding lots of new features, it's probably adding more issues that need optimized. I'm sure they won't leave it as is
@TotalXclipse Yeah, it also seems to have something to do with differend hardware and systems, many people with way weaker machines get better fps than many beefy computers. I tried about 6 months ago and yesterday and the performance didn't go really one way or another. But I still have my eyes on this :)
@@TotalXclipse You do not need flame 8. Or even 7. Just do the alchemists quest for the wall hangings iirc. That should unlock the mauveine recipe in the lab.
No shade on My Man, but any us civilians really playing this? Anything to appeal to a Satisfactory player? I’m kinda intrigued. Money ain’t the problem: precious time is
Depends - if you're a pure automation lover, then probably not for the time being - though I am very much hoping they bring ways to automate resources into the game. If you enjoy building games or survival crafting games then absolutely check this out 🙂
I would say the building is a highlight so if you’re into base building 100% but if you like the micro managing and automation of everything then I’d say pass on it.
Jump in and checkout the update for free now! Or grab Enshrouded here: connect.enshrouded.com/TotalXclipse
This game just keeps getting bigger and better. Serioulsy, mad props to the devs!
Is enshrouding
I’d love to see a winter themed build fully realizing the aspects of the new biome! Great Work!!
I haven't even been to the kindlewastes yet! This update looks so awesome! It sure rains alot where I set up my base, need umbrellas haha!

Will be so worth it when you return even if that is come 1.0

Playing every day about 8hrs still got alongggg way to go great video 🎉
Its just so great, the Devs shall have a big thanks. I love we got dogs.
I love that fur armor!

I show the grapple hook at the end of the video 😉
@@TotalXclipse 🤦♂sorry my bad.
that bow after defeating the dragon its a little disappointing... I had a similar one in the golden chest at the head of the giant dragon skeleton
Next game that I gonna buy
Worth it. 💯

at 6:09 where your character is standing is that the location where you built the outpost? I like the location but was kinda hard to put where it was
Yep! Just be careful - the sabertooths and birds often come in and kill my animals
yall should i get this game??
With how much progress they've made to the development of the game this year. 100%
Hope we can build a paladin type character. Right now you can kind of sort of do so but its really hinky.
Definitely need more skills but I'm sure we'll get that
Where is eps3 of the starter factory ????
Working on it. Update in the last video and also Saturdays video
for me the dragon regenerated health after death
Anyone seen anything on Hardened Leather? Where do you get it, or how do you make it? Thanks
Curious if there is only one map or if it changes per game?
Only 1 map but it's chonky

Anyone else crashing when they try to upgrade the flame to level 7?
Hasn't happened to me, had an issue with alt tabbing though

wheres is that bellow locate at ?
That's near the dark obsidian mines

In the difficulty option you can tweak everything and if you need a break pressing Esc pauses the game in single player
Still very bad optimization sadly, I wonder if that will ever be fixed or is it engine level problem.

someone know how to get violet fabric?
Pretty sure you need flame 8 - I believe you need to create a mix in the grinder or alchemy lab. It says you need it for violet fabrics
@@TotalXclipse You do not need flame 8. Or even 7. Just do the alchemists quest for the wall hangings iirc.
That should unlock the mauveine recipe in the lab.
