I swear when the devs made this game, they took Valheim, read my mind to find out what my wishlist for Valheim is AND also looked at the mods I used in Valheim, realised I also play fantasy RPGs, and then made this game just for me.
2 back to back games set at $29.99 that are actually really fun to play the year is starting off really good for games Palworld & Unshrouded setting the bar for price to fun
@TorryVibes they are unfinished content and otherwise they aren't worth 30 imo my steam library is full of games just like these that are fun the first 30 hrs then content runs dry and you quit playing (most people anyway) only time will tell with these but I don't support early access anymore it's not done properly 90% of the time. Games should be 1 maybe 2 years away from content complete before going ea imo instead devs use that shield for 5- 10 years sometimes or longer looking at you 7d2d
@@realname2490Palworld is fairly feature complete. Sure, after 50-60hrs the content runs dry, but... It cost $26. Anyone that ACTUALLY played Palworld would say it's not your usual EA title, in that there's little that feels unfinished or missing. Also, your statement that people have moved on from the game doesn't line with actual real world metrics that shows it's still being actively played. Just because you don't care for a game, doesn't mean your experience mirrors the entirety of the rest of the gaming community. Data and facts > "feels". As for 7D2D, that game could've been considered finished years ago, and the developers could've moved on. Instead, they update and remake the game every so often because they have some sort of OCD, and you get a refreshed game every so often to revisit. All of this for the $4-5 you can find 7D2D for nowadays (if not cheaper). There are plenty of scammy/lazy EA games, but Palworld & 7D2D are not that. People get so hung up on the EA tag, but it doesn't mean anything for some games (another example of a game that's early access but a nearly feature complete title is Project Zomboid).

Hey, how do you know about all of these games? I barely found out about this game and Palworld. How do people find out about new games beside checking steam daily?
@@chrisx5127 Thats...kind of an impossible question to answer honestly. I knew about palworld while scrolling through "coming soon" games with certain tags like open world and survival. It was in my wishlist for a LONG time. Other games i find out through social media like reddit or through friends that say "hey did you hear about x game?"
usually by watching youtubers who plays almost every game the chat (if they are streamers too) or people in the comment section tell them to check out.@@chrisx5127
Seems like all negative aspects are things that can easily be mitigated through all early access period. The core seems pretty solid from what I’ve seen. Will play it today.
@@shun2240 yes I did notice performance issues, but for an early access I think it’s doing pretty well. Can’t wait for future updates. This and PalWorld are actually the games that are getting me into survival. It was never a thing for me until last week and this week 😍
@@gilcorrea283 honestly i havent seen to bad of performance with fsr2 on its a pretty consistant 90-120 fps with occasional stutter. does seem to be pushing my 7900xt a little hard lol i feel like the game is taxing higher end gpus alot harder than one would think though. atleast its not a stuttery mess lol
@@Cikar12 Yes, and you create multiple characters for worlds also. I recommend making a brand new character if you want your solo vs co-op worlds to be different.
No doubt it's a good game, but it's not a survival type game: there is no thirsty, hungry and stamina system, which is basic to classified any game as survival.
Great summary, and great feedback. Can't agree more. Enshrouded is honestly the mix of genres that I've been waiting for for so long - and Valheim got so close (still love Valheim), but didn't quite get there for me. This is exactly it. For being in EA, I can't believe how...much there is. I very much look forward to Keen Games finishing this project up and fixing the little hiccups and issues for a full release.
The biggest flaw in the game right now is that the devs put so much effort into the world and exploration that most of the animations feel clunky and the ui/inventory management is bad. Add that to building only having 90 degree turns and the combat feeling very forced,, I would say it's a 7 or 8/10 game at best. If those things get polished this could be an amazing game, but right now it only shines as an exploration game.
@@wickian9571youre kind of mixed up. Thats not the reason why. Animation is the most expensive aspect of making a game. Youre not going to see great animations in a game like this. Also if a game dev is doing their job right animation is one of the very last things you implement. Because things change during development.
@@prototype8137 Well, we can agree that the game doesn't have great animations at least. How is having a character not move their arms and have them lay limp when they jump their entire body height, having a strange back waddle animation while jogging or expecting a torch to be held pointing up and not forward exactly like the 1h club even considered good? I'd call those nitpicks below the bar for even an early access. Most of the animations feel like they were worked over once or twice and deemed "good enough" while the devs spent their time on other aspects they considered more important.
22:18 Are we sure it was "built from the ground up with co-op in mind"? This is the game's biggest complaint with how server-based quests work, unless you do everything together at all times over the entire duration of the playthrough
I think the developers made a good decision by making the double jump part of the skill tree especially since there are tools like grappling hooks that can help you traverse the landscape.
I think I have a new favorite genre, these games are addicting AF to me and idk why. Maybe it reminds me of an MMO, starting with nothing and working up to everything + base building.
It's weird that the NPC's stand in a line in your base. It would be nice if they had a bit more flavor. Moved around the base, were doing actions related to what they teach.
It's just what I was waiting for. I'm playing it and I'm in no rush to advance, I like to explore little by little, getting to know the tools, the story, but mainly because it is a survival game without that extra it has you tied to a certain place watering plants or you die from it cold from anything or from hunger... Thank you on behalf of the people, we are already over 30 and we don't want more responsibilities than daily ones, instead a place to relax and have a good time. Be careful, that touch of action also pushes us forward in the game, it is an excellent extra.
I’m 26 right now and this is what I mostly want now out of games lmao I miss the og Xbox yes that literally X BOX from the early 2000’s days where their where so many great games that were optimized and didn’t need x patch here x patch here x patch here, it just fucking worked and most games weren’t stressful to play where nowadays I feel like there’s so many fucking games that try to do that the gameplay mechanic of “having to always stay on or else you lose your shit and die from x whether it be starvation, food, or someone raided your shit or your rank and skill level isn’t going to be up to par with everyone constantly playing like crackheads so when you do decided to play you get instantly killed every 2 seconds with games like apex, call of duty, overwatch, now the finals only game that has been somewhat enjoyable for me as of late is Zelda breath of the wild but I need to take breaks with how confusing the damn puzzles get lol sorry for the long unnecessary rant I just feel like gaming is going downhill for the worst and that’s what I’ve been known to be all my life smh and this game might be a solid one for once on pc too
Have played Palworld for 6hours and wanted to try out Enshrouded - and stayed...For over 50hours right now xD In my opinion Enshrouded is way more fun. Need to try it out.
@@AntilleanConfederationthe leveling in general is kind of broken in palworld. The only way yo level up is to fight, the only way to fight is to level up. The core gameplay loop is "go find something just a bit stronger than you and kill it a bunch of times" which gets stale fast.
Developers words We're hard at work working the next patch, and will continue to make stability a priority to ensure that everyone can enjoy Enshrouded. Once we have these out of the way (we estimate that it will take us 2-3 weeks to feel confident), we will look into sharing with you our first roadmap for Enshrouded. This definitely looks like a great single player game but until they get there confidence and release the road map I can wait about a month or two.
I'm just about to pass the 40 hour mark myself with this game, and I'm genuinely still blown away by the overall quality of a game that's still in early access. We have a map that's already bigger than most other open world maps, and each area has some level of care/attention given to it. For anyone who's curious, the full map size is looking like it'll be 8000m X 8000m (~25 square miles). The devs also stated that the base terrain shape was randomly generated and populated afterwards - which is a great example of AI/RNG tools being used to save on development time.
For multiplayer, are the POI's and quests one and done? If somebody on a multiplayer server explores an area, chops down a shroud root, kills a boss, or unlocks an npc and does their quests when others are offline are those others locked out of doing it? Does loot/chests respawn or are things repeatable?
Everything is repeatable and this is something the devs had stated before. Everything will respawn after a while that is outside of your base area. This includes every cave you have dug in the ground too if it is outside of your base boundaries.
@@MrRafagigapr that does not make it "unfinished". crashes are expected day 1 for an indie game in early access. Wait to call a game unfinished until you put hours into combat, building, mechanics, etc.
@@BabyBooie9950sometimes I wonder what do people think why it's early access 🤷🏼♂️ How can they expect a perfectly fine working early access title without bugs, issues and with on point optimisation ? There's games that are much worse and do even miss entire content parts that get less criticized for that.
Thoughtful world layout & points of interest is much appreciated! Also the fact it's a Voxel based world, while it may be the same on entry, how people shape those worlds will be unique 💙🌱
I love this game. After yours of just roaming around, i found a hideout, dont know the exact name but its a destroyed castle. Cleared it out and setndown my camp there. Just destroying single blocks and getting rid of the rubble to restore the castle. Thats awesome to do.
Was looking for information about this Enshrouded game I’ve been hearing about. This is in-depth and straight to the point. You’re on top of the search results for a very good reason. Well done, you’ve earned a subscription.
I love this game so much. Its my first survival crafting game I've really ever gotten into. I love to just log in and walk around my base. I feel like I've progressed so far in this game. Being able to dig thru anything, gliding, fast travel, talents, all these things make this game feel really good. Its also very beautiful. Theres so much to gather and farm and build. I can't wait for even more content.
What I love about this channel? No BS, just straight info, but good production value and I like your opinions, so I enjoy watching. But I feel you don't waste my time, which I appreciate.
First video I've seen on your channel and it was very thorough and helpful! Thanks a lot. I think I might possibly pick this one up if I can convince someone to play it with me.
Without even playing this game yet which I will in the next hour I can already say this will be a legendary game for me for all time. I don't say that often about games but I'm old enough to recognize THAT game and this is one. I cannot wait to play this!!! Great on point video Force.....you have the best reviews!
Awesome video! My wife and I have been looking for the next game to play, and were torn between Enshrouded and Soulmask... your video made that choice so much easier! Definitely giving Enshrouded a go now. Keep up the good work. XD
Played from Friday night until late Sunday night with 1 buddy and a buddy of his. We love the game. In order to update the flame to the next level, we need a wyvern head which I tried to solo last night and got whooped. Definitely found out that some of the bosses, heck, even some of the lower creatures are very difficult to fight. I absolutely love the game. It feels great to explore and craft while having an almost unlimited space to run around. Being able to go from a server game to a private game without having to start a new charector is also great. Able to continue farming/exploring/crafting without furthering the chain in the multiplayer game is also a huge plus.
Bud i wouldnt miss the sale. Its on for cheaper at a laumch discount. Ive been playhing all morning and i can tell you.. There are hardly any bugs or issues ive encountered. Its just a solid rpg survival game.
I have been waiting for this one for a while. I'm excited to dig into it and see what makes it so good. I did find it interesting that the art style and UI were very similar to Return to Moria (not saying they are equal in gameplay by ANY means).
Got it right now, tried the demo some time ago and was blown away. People are complaining about it not being very optimized and requiring a lot of GPU. Yes graphics are heavy and not all cards and PCs can handle this, but if they do, it's well worth it. Multiplayer seems to be bugged at launch, guess they will fix is soon. Despite the launch problems, it still looks like one of the best indi games released recently to me.
The problem is,there's no reason for people's cards to not be able to "handle" this game. There is nothing groundbreaking or special about these graphics. The problem is that the game is very poorly optimized. Many reports of 3090s and 4070s struggling and that's ridiculous. I have a 3060 ti and can't even think of a game that I can't play due to graphics being too "heavy". These days,if you at least have a Nvidia 30 series card or equivalent, you should be able to play anything you want. If you can't run something due to graphics,it's the games fault. Assuming the rest of your system matches your card, of course.
@@daemonthorn5888 the problem isn't the graphics being to heavy, it's because it's a Voxel based game which are known for being very GPU lasting. It also is early access with a lot more optimisation coming down the road.
Easily the best game reviewer out there. As another member points out, you are straight to the point and say things exactly how they are. Just what the audience member is looking for.

Super glad I picked up this game while my friends already started a Palworld server, they are seriously missing out but solo play has been very enjoyable. Can’t wait for what’s next in this game
I used to watch Force as a StarCraft shoutcaster and coming back to this channel suddenly feels almost nostalgic. Also, Enshrouded looks amazing and I'm going to buy it thanks to this video.
This game looks incredible. I can imagine it's a hard sell because most of it looks pretty generic but the quality and quantity of content is impressive.
@@Odyssey636 Graphics have nothing to do with the enjoyment of the game. If that were true Valheim would not have been as successful as it was. I agree that their is a lot of polishing that needs to be done. It is day 2 of early access; for what is currently available to do in the game and what it offers is impressive, and it should only get better with time and feedback.
It seems not as good as Valheim overall to me. I like the sailing of Valheim, the weather changes. Actual difficult bosses that feel epic. The distinct biomes filled with dangerous enemies. I like that it takes a long time travel from one side of the map to another, but you can set up a portal. The fact that you don't know where the bosses are and you have to search around for clues to their location. Enshrouded you just zoom around the same map on a glider from the begining of the game, and the game has hardly any baddies, the world feels empty, there aren't any base raids to worry about, and the bosses are pushovers and don't feel "epic." Don't get me wrong, the game is going to be awesome with mods, but I think the devs here missed on a lot of opportunities.
i very rarely have the urge to explore an open world in video games. but enshrouded is one of the view that manages to intrigue me like that. seeing a tower or building far away in this game rises the question in me what might be there. its really cool to experience that
Y’all new gamers today are weird . We understand palworld is a great game ! Shit I love the game couldn’t put it down . But you guys act like we can’t play multiple games … not only that palworld and this game are 2 totally different games … palworld is a creature collector . Those we like this type of gameplay will lean more towards this game I myself will be playing both
Except Palworld offers more than just creature collecting, thats why people like it. And not everyone has time to split for multiple games, especially samdbox survival games.
Great video - super well presented and well spoken - concise and precise content. Never heard of this game until it released. Sold me by about 15% mark. Damn does this game look amazing and packed with good. Also nice to see the map features an abundance of decently sized mostly flat areas to build on. And a solid map feature too. These devs may have actually played these kinds of games before. Shocking. IMO the current price is also a positive factor. It's easier to take a chance on a game that looks this good when it's at half of AAA pricing AND also on sale.
Saw this randomly reccomended to me, agree with the other comments saying no BS, opening line was right to the point. You are a good TH-camr. Liked and Subbed!

Thanks for doing this review! This had to be a struggle to do the hype Palworld thing while playing this game for the review. I'm glad I waited to see how this game is and didn't just jump on the Palworld train as I wanted a good sandbox survival game but definitely prefer something like this vs the cartoony sillyness of Palworld. Appreciate your grind man!
In case it hasnt been noted, the building system is the best I've used in any survival game... Your only limitations is the #x#x#x three dimensional space provided by your flame altar. There is no aupport integrity so you can build floating stair cases etc.. you can also use the construction hammers terrain blocks to "remove" the natural land in your flame altar cubic dimension making it very easy to create tunnels/basements/flat landscapes.
I found the Balance between Exploration, Combat and basebuilding to be very enjoyable. The First few hours a build a very rudimentary Base but After i unlocked the Carpenter and a few better looking blocks i started to build a little Village for my npcs. While i was waiting for more planks to be produced i would go exploring and gathering more ressources to continue building and to beautify my Village. I really really Like it.
@@near5839 lmfao totk literally did nothing for its genre, its a good game but just more of the same. BG3 will be remembered the same as Half life 2 was. Also, there were several crpgs that came out lol, like rogue trader.
I really liked the building especially when the devs showed it. Iam addicted to Palworld now but what that game certainly misses right now is building options.
The thing about melee: Its VERY simple, almost too simple for me. We dont even have ability to heavy attack, it feels out of place for a game like this... But i always cravefor more fights and idk why, is it becouse swinig animations are so good? Who knows?
this coming out right after palworld is really gonna hurt it .. looks good though hopefully the dev keeps up the good work when me and my buddies are done with palworld were gonna hop on this !
This is my major concern. I feel like they will lose 70% of their player base just because of palworld. A real shame considering how great this game is
This game is perfect for me because it uses big text and most game uses small text and I have vision issue! Wish No Man Sky would use big text like this. Can't even play that game :(
Like we've seen with Palword, a mechanic cannot be patented, so its pretty much Valheim mechanics, just a different art style and story. I am really enjoying it. I like the Skill progression mechanics in this game over Valheim for sure. Thanks for an honest and good review!!
Hey Force, I just came back to finish your review now that I have completed the game. I absolutely love your content. I have one suggestion: I can't always watch your reviews because you tend to spell out the entire progression. I enjoy self-discovery, so maybe put the spoilery bits in a separate chapter?
Never been interested in Survival games, the constant monitoring of hunger, heat, etc stresses me out. But Enshrouded has definitely caught my interest and doesn't have these features which makes me more excited! Looks simple in terms of UI but clean, so my lil mind can apprehend it and the exploration looks good! If the devs can keep up with updates and content, i think this game will easily be one to remember
But God has helped me to this very day; so I stand here and testify to small and great alike. I am saying nothing beyond what the prophets and Moses said would happen- that the Messiah would suffer and, as the first to rise from the dead, would bring the message of light to his own people and to the Gentiles. Acts 26:22-23
Great review man the 25 minutes went flying. You adress every aspect briefly but with enough depth for us to understand the whole concept. Thank you. Talking about pvp I hope they make dedicated servers or arenas/invasions because if they turn the game from single player pve coop to full pvp with raids I will be pissed. One thing about this kind of games I like is you can get lost in yourself while playing due to single player exploration rpg. If they are going to implement raids like pvp servers in Conan Exiles for example it will be a downgrade in my opinion.
It is a shame the playthrough is the same for everyone. The randomness of Valheim is a blast and when you invite friends, your world if different than theirs which makes it even more engaging.
Can't wait for this and Palworld to hit 1.0 and have even more mods read to use - although Palworld's customization options and even the mods out now made the game that exists right now pretty damn good from what I can see.
Thanks for the awesome in-depth review Double-jump debate again haha They probably try to stay true to RPG mechanics where a weak mage or bulky warrior simply can't do it like a nimble guy in light armor. But it's there to pick if you prefer that playstyle nonetheless.
Haven’t bought the game yet but want to play with some buds. How does multiplayer work here? Is there a persistent world or do your friends join yours then get sent back to their own if you log? Any info would be helpful
If you want to play on multiplayer, you can create your own multiplayer server and you can make it for everyone or lock it with a password. Or you choose to join the server a friend of you created. You can make serveral characters and choose your main character of your single play or - if e.g. the one is to strong- just make a new one for multiplayer servers. You can always play on every server of your choice with every character of your choice.
I like your review. Thanks for this, German games come really short on the market and Enshrouded is the best game developed here for a long time! However i find the building system comes very short. Which i understand, the roleplay and exploration here is also great! But im always sad, seeing such a great system, and then people building a square and place everything in there.. The system literally encourages you to build a village or at least more than one glob you wanna call home. The game has like the best system I’ve seen for years, with a voxel based system. And it’s easy to build something, that looks good. Try yourself out, copy some stuff around the world into your base, because you can. This game is your chance to build something impressive! But as always: Have fun!
I couldn't agree more, but I'm confused, are talking about an alcoholic beverage or video game? I'm only asking because I've never heard of Skyrum before 😅
Being able to cheese enemies fairly easily takes away any sense of danger. Unfortunately, that's a deal breaker for me. Part of the joy of exploration are the dangers that could lurk around the corner. Maybe I'll check this out after some updates, but rn I'm going to hold on it. Edit: He showed himself cheesing in this game just by using a bow on an elevated platform. I guess I don't use range weapons or be on an elevated platform. Balance looks terrible.
Sounds like when the world rolled your character stat sheet, you got -3 willpower. You can choose to not use the "cheese" methods and have it in your back pocket if things get too hairy.

Same, but palworld took over and i feel like if the release times were offset by a month or so, enshrouded would do much better.
Hey, how do you know about all of these games? I barely found out about this game and Palworld. How do people find out about new games beside checking steam daily?
Though I did find out about "Light No Fire" the moment it was introduced.
Tbh only combat, animations and performance need tweaks, which are not that difficult?
@@shun2240 yes I did notice performance issues, but for an early access I think it’s doing pretty well. Can’t wait for future updates. This and PalWorld are actually the games that are getting me into survival. It was never a thing for me until last week and this week 😍
it is pretty demanding indeed. @@shun2240
First time a survival crafter actually appeals to me :)
Happy that it's well recieved by you.
can i play this with friend? coop?
@@Wimpiethe3 i see … even private server? Like i join my friend world?
@@Wimpiethe3 to my understanding there is no multiplayer, but just coop options right?
@@Cikar12 Yes, and you create multiple characters for worlds also. I recommend making a brand new character if you want your solo vs co-op worlds to be different.
No doubt it's a good game, but it's not a survival type game: there is no thirsty, hungry and stamina system, which is basic to classified any game as survival.
Everyone was expecting Starfield to be something like this game, but in space. This game fills a huge gap in demand. Bravo.
@@wickian9571 hope so, the demo made the arpg genre and voxel well, as of now they had the benefit of being an "early access"
@@wickian9571 I was speaking generally. I've never played enshrouded so I dont know the specifics. Just saying animation is later in the pipeline.
2nding this.
@@savvik5563 @zacharybrand6077 same. can y'all recommend others similar? I've been reading about Medieval Dynasty.
It's weird that the NPC's stand in a line in your base. It would be nice if they had a bit more flavor. Moved around the base, were doing actions related to what they teach.
You can move them around, they don’t have to stay in a line. But yeah some movement would be cool
Yeah, it's not a great idea IMO - hey, let's make them put these people that just stand around in their house lol
I would say at lest near the bench they use
Or just copy what Terraria does and make them take a properly furnished building to stay in.
Happy to see you breaking 1 mil subscribers, love your content. good work

@@AntilleanConfederationthe leveling in general is kind of broken in palworld. The only way yo level up is to fight, the only way to fight is to level up. The core gameplay loop is "go find something just a bit stronger than you and kill it a bunch of times" which gets stale fast.

We're hard at work working the next patch, and will continue to make stability a priority to ensure that everyone can enjoy Enshrouded. Once we have these out of the way (we estimate that it will take us 2-3 weeks to feel confident), we will look into sharing with you our first roadmap for Enshrouded.
This definitely looks like a great single player game but until they get there confidence and release the road map I can wait about a month or two.
lol why did they release the game with these issues
@@MrDwightSchrute ...its early Access
I'm just about to pass the 40 hour mark myself with this game, and I'm genuinely still blown away by the overall quality of a game that's still in early access. We have a map that's already bigger than most other open world maps, and each area has some level of care/attention given to it.
For anyone who's curious, the full map size is looking like it'll be 8000m X 8000m (~25 square miles). The devs also stated that the base terrain shape was randomly generated and populated afterwards - which is a great example of AI/RNG tools being used to save on development time.
Can you dig tunnels and create underground base? I just want to build a mining network of tunnels and employ people in it
For multiplayer, are the POI's and quests one and done? If somebody on a multiplayer server explores an area, chops down a shroud root, kills a boss, or unlocks an npc and does their quests when others are offline are those others locked out of doing it? Does loot/chests respawn or are things repeatable?
Everything is repeatable and this is something the devs had stated before. Everything will respawn after a while that is outside of your base area. This includes every cave you have dug in the ground too if it is outside of your base boundaries.
no
@@MrRafagigapr that does not make it "unfinished". crashes are expected day 1 for an indie game in early access. Wait to call a game unfinished until you put hours into combat, building, mechanics, etc.
@@BabyBooie9950sometimes I wonder what do people think why it's early access 🤷🏼♂️
How can they expect a perfectly fine working early access title without bugs, issues and with on point optimisation ?
There's games that are much worse and do even miss entire content parts that get less criticized for that.
I had the same question
Thoughtful world layout & points of interest is much appreciated! Also the fact it's a Voxel based world, while it may be the same on entry, how people shape those worlds will be unique 💙🌱
I love the comfort system in more recent survival games, such a good incentive to decorate the box houses people build lol
I love this game. After yours of just roaming around, i found a hideout, dont know the exact name but its a destroyed castle. Cleared it out and setndown my camp there. Just destroying single blocks and getting rid of the rubble to restore the castle. Thats awesome to do.

Already mostly positive since they fixed the bugs people are complaining about
I have been waiting for this one for a while.
Game is honestly great, i prefer it over Palworld simply cause its graphics and playstyle, hope the devs keep up with updates and dont get hung up on bad reviewers on Steam who give no solid information on what to change or what issues plague the game, and yea i just cant wait man gunna buy this try it out later, hope they add a lot more to this one and keep us up to date often!
Super glad I picked up this game while my friends already started a Palworld server, they are seriously missing out but solo play has been very enjoyable. Can’t wait for what’s next in this game
It's like Valheim with good graphics and a dev team that won't disappear and leave the game half finished.
I used to watch Force as a StarCraft shoutcaster and coming back to this channel suddenly feels almost nostalgic. Also, Enshrouded looks amazing and I'm going to buy it thanks to this video.

@@Odyssey636 Idk what you’re talking about but the graphics don’t seem that bad, to me at least.
Bought it for me and my gf right away . Seems like an amazing game ! I wonder how the performance with DLSS and a highend rig will be ?
Did you play it solo or with someone?
I'm wondering if it is worth it solo
i very rarely have the urge to explore an open world in video games. but enshrouded is one of the view that manages to intrigue me like that. seeing a tower or building far away in this game rises the question in me what might be there. its really cool to experience that
Y’all new gamers today are weird . We understand palworld is a great game ! Shit I love the game couldn’t put it down .

A virtual reality version of the game would look great with this artwork.
if PalWorld can have VRmods, its only a matter of time before Enshrouded does
I found the Balance between Exploration, Combat and basebuilding to be very enjoyable.

Palword and Enshrouded carried this month, look at them being $20 games and still great games
Just subscribed today, have been on the fence about this game, but after watching your video, I think I'm sold on the game now. Great video man.
Can't even play that game :(
a section on performance feels necessary
Man, this game wasn't even on my radar.. but it looks pretty good. Thanks for great review.. very helpful.
It does and I think I'll pick it up today 😅
Like we've seen with Palword, a mechanic cannot be patented, so its pretty much Valheim mechanics, just a different art style and story. I am really enjoying it. I like the Skill progression mechanics in this game over Valheim for sure. Thanks for an honest and good review!!
Uffff.
@@powerboon2k Are u brain dead? Every comment mencioning Palword, you comment brain dead stuff, are u alright?
I prefer a handcrafted map once in a while, at this point i feel its way more unique than those generated maps, if done correctly.
@@postmodernerkindergartner960facts plus the scale is insane

Can't wait for this and Palworld to hit 1.0 and have even more mods read to use - although Palworld's customization options and even the mods out now made the game that exists right now pretty damn good from what I can see.
Its Valheim but on steroids.
I bought Palworlds but this seems more like my kind of game! Thanks for the complete review!
Thanks for the awesome in-depth review
Double-jump debate again haha
They probably try to stay true to RPG mechanics where a weak mage or bulky warrior simply can't do it like a nimble guy in light armor.
God damn this GAME loooks soo fucking good. putting AAA Studios to SHAME
100% gonna buy this after i played enough palworld :D + if i buy enshrouded later maybe we already got some updates
Then don't cheese them? What do you even mean can you not control yourself and go into auto cheese mode or something?
Or... don't cheese. Almost every open world game has a way to cheese enemies. It really does come down to you on how you'll play it out.
Sounds like when the world rolled your character stat sheet, you got -3 willpower. You can choose to not use the "cheese" methods and have it in your back pocket if things get too hairy.
Two questions: Are there crossbows (or will they be added later)? And can you dual wield melee weapons like daggers and swords?
This and Palworld came out too close together. I have to clone myself now.
