I have watched many of your videos, and found them very helpful.
I am asking your opinion on a current project. I am working with a light 1s pan car, and I am after top speed only. Insane run type situation. I am currently using a 4.5 motor.
Do you think I should use motor timing only? Motor timing with boost and turbo, or just one? Should I shoot for a total target timing setting?? Thanks

Tekin RSX @ 55* (Max) Boost with Turbo off. Trinity Monster Max 13.5 w/endbell @ 30*. Motor temp is always less than 120* after 4min clay oval race w/2 fans on motor. Any suggestion if I should turn turbo on? And if so, what settings...turbo, rpm, delay & ramp? Thank you!!!! 😎

I have never run oval but would guess the motor RPM range is small over the course of a lap. If you did add turbo it would be very important as to when it is triggered as if added mid corner that could be a bad thing for sure. In on road I would only use turbo if I had a long straight where you could take advantage of the extra RPM. It certainly would be helpful if you knew the RPM range over a lap. That would give you some good info as to when to start turbo and the slew rate to use so it all gets applied before the end of the straight.Having not tested your motor/esc combo it is very difficult to give you specific recommendations.
