Being an automotive engineer, I have (painstakingly) learnt a bit of German and am happy to see a fellow Indian pronounce "Porsche" PERFECTLY for once! Also, I seriously doubt there is space anywhere on Indian roads for any car to actually reach 200 kmph. I have tried doing that on the Autobahn in Germany and I could not muster the courage to take my eyes off the (totally empty) road and look at the speedometer beyond 194 kmph. I probably crossed 200 for few seconds but I cannot be 100% sure. Not that it matters, but 200 kmph on Pune roads is definitely a gross exaggeration. (By the way, through this useless comment, I have already covered one hundred twenty words on the topic. )
Legally, in Germany, you can drive with even Indian driving license for the first six months of your stay. (An IDP, as suggested above, is highly recommended in addition.) Practically, I would not advise any Indian to every attempt driving in Germany or Europe in general without taking local driving lessons. Indian meaning of "I Can drive" is very very very different to the German one. It does not just mean "I can make the car move, turn, reverse and stop perfectly". It is much more about knowing the meaning of every little road sign, the markings on the road, the ability to notice each & every one of them, follow each & every one of them and being aware of other people's right of way. There is a reason for Germany to be the only country in the worlds to have (several sections of )Highways without speed limits. One can easily get into a sea of financial, legal and physical trouble for minor errors. If you want to drive for fun, I would recommend dedicated race tracks rather than regular streets. There are some good go carting tracks in India too - as a starting point. And yes, with a high end Porsche/ Merc/ BMW/ Audi or even VW, it is pretty easy to cross 200. I was trying it in a Peugeot Family sedan.

All you need is an IDP international driving permit to drive abroad ( if you are on a tourist visit visa).
Did you drive a super car like the Porsche on the autobahn? It’s pretty easy to cross 200 kmph on them.
