@@benraven9087 If you're about Gamepad, I can't help with that, I use Xbox One S controller and it's working automatically, don't know your problem. About keyboard I googled which keys which ids have, and set them how I need.

Well, first you need SPEEPSHighway's meme maker. Just search it on Gamebanana and read instruction in readme. Roughly speaking, with this mod you can put one scene and start animation of the character and subtitles. And each such scene must be separately recorded on video and glued and dubbed in any video editor.
Oh, and to make more characters in scene you need to use Character Select mod and configuire optional players input using Input mod. So yeah, to make two characters you need at least keyboard and gamepad.

To make the base for the mod easier to install, when you have the game ready, use the SADX Mod Installer, where the pc port can be externally become closer to the dreamcast version. With a ready-made modloader, you can already install a meme maker.

How did you get two characters on screen at once?
Used Character Select mod and configuired Input mod for Keyboard and Gamepad, as 1st and 2nd character.

To record - no, SA1 on mobile is available only on Dreamcast emulator without mods. To montage - maybe there is some programs.
