In my opinion Brian is the most important guy in strongman sport. What he's doing for sport is amazing. He take care of athletes he listen to fans. I had no idea what is strongman until I discovered Brian shaw now it's my favorite sport.

Shaw is one of the few people trying to better and grow the sport
I think there is few people wanting to grow the sport because it's so dangerous what they are doing to their body to get there.
I think a better phrasing would be he's one of the few actually making the sport better
I love watching his videos. In a way, you get know him as a person. Especially, when he hangs out with Eddie Hall and they start pranking each other like brothers.
Hope this can grow to the biggest competition in the sport.
@@giovannigarcia6009 I would agree, I love seeing the strongest men in history, but when you hear Eddy Hall saying that if he spent any more time at his strongman 2017 weight that he would have died, it makes me worried about the lengths that some of these men go to write history. I'd love to see a competition that focuses more on the health and longevity of these incredible athletes.
So exciting to see this level of strength.

There are some serious issues with the commentator's audio spiking way past what it should be, I dunno if that can be edited but it's certainly there
Z looked madder than hell when he didn’t get the down signal.
Yeah very rarely see emotion from him but he knew he had the lift, I'd trust his knowledge more than the ref
His triceps aren't as flexible and shoulders not as mobile as they used to be. The strengh is defo there for a 180log

@@harrynut3044 Nope, it's the audio that was messed up. You can clearly hear at some points during the competition, both mics saturate, and then suddenly (as if someone turned a knob or something) nothing saturates and the volume is way lower - for both commentators

I don't know if Trey will win the faster comps like WSM, but I think Trey is/will be the man to beat in these more static comps.

Can't help but notice the winner had a little more "hop "under the log vs. contestant's that truly pressed. No shame though, maybe you can just call it good technique.
