I’m surprised there isn’t an outdoor courtyard or balcony large enough for dining. Love the entry, living and dining areas.
Particularly elegant flat. Simply restorated by keeping its magnificent signature. Very quiet and lighty. I wonder if this adjective exists... 😊
Sublime. The picture frames are well chosen for the color; they are a match for the art itself and for the furniture. The lounge suite can easily be replaced and the sunny and bright outside light is ideal in my view.

We get very spoiled in N. America as you look at this apartment in Paris and you say great it's in Paris with very decadent molding splashes---but your master bedroom looks into the back lane and we celebrate ocean and city views and flow to a floor plan which is something similar apartments to this one will never have....

Beautiful place
Even my kitchen is twice the size of their kitchen, and the bathroom is so narrow!! Also I really don’t like the housing view from the kitchen window, looks so run down. The rest of the apartment is ok, but I always go for a nice kitchen and bathroom, that’s my buying point.

The kitchen & bathroom are extremely narrow. However other than that it's a lovely apt. with beautiful architectural detail.
The overall design is good but too much white and it's really tiring for the eyes. The bathroom's design is out of syn for the whole house.
The white colour is an inherent aspect and originality of this type of historical construction design.

Not at all! Old Parisian apartments were full of color to battle the gray climate. But, today the white indoor color is everywhere, it’s super popular, no difference from dental office to your home. Lack of imagination or daring?

The furniture isn't as grand as the architecture.
Furniture is normally not included in the sale. Even if it did, you could chuck them out and redecorate the apartment as you wish.

Historic building. Probably 18th Century. Not something you can stick an elevator in.
Il en faut pour tous les goûts mais je trouve la décoration très datée, démodée. La plupart des tableaux sont immondes, le tissus des chaises de la salle à manger ressemblent à ceux de ma grand mère, idem pour les lampes de chevet de la chambre ....
Quel est le client potentiel de cette vidéo pour avoir gardé une telle décoration ? Il faut se projeter et ne regarder que les volumes et la disposition des pièces ......

Nice but living area doesn’t have enough wall space to put more furniture. I don’t agree with the bathroom. Tear it out and start all over again. Kitchen isn’t that bad. And, to be honest, I noticed that living area has budget sofa and chairs.

The bathroom and the kitchen are so claustrophobic one long elongated structure. The layout isn't all that appealing

Well, the light is nice and the original architecture saved is unique, but the views are depressing and the bath and kitchen are completely unacceptable. I know it's difficult to renovate very old structures to modern sensibilities due to all kinds of reasons, but I don't think this is the answer.

The apartment looks good, but the bathroom and kitchen need to be completely redone, also the furnishings and artwork are a bit tacky or grandma’s house.

@@valentinbayer1108 Not so much the size but the shape. The bathroom is ridiculously narrow - barely room to stand beside the bath! The layout is strange too - access the bedroom through a dining room?
Probably don't cook much at home and dine out instead. Bathroom is pathetic, especially for the price. Views out of the windows nothing to get excited about. And all that white is cold and sterile. Cold and elegant would be a good description of this apartment.

A way too different approach in lifestyle compared to any place in USA.
Here you’ll find class, history, charm, subtlety, culture, sophistication in a way that is hard to understand by most american people.
And it’ll get more than money to perceive these intangible elements.

Muy mal distribuidos los espacios. Baño y cocina son super estrechos , anticuados e incómodos. Si están buscando lujo este no es el apartamento.
