What a perfect balance, and the addition adds just the right amount of space.
Beautiful, the designer is also very handsome!
I love this home! Beautiful.
What a beautiful space.
Beautiful home with a wonderful presenter . . . thank you!
The house is gorgeous
Great video!
Looks like a New York brown stone middle upper class, only the exterior looks French, the facade that is, even the outdoor is stock!
Not the Parisian charm some of us are use to! Go check out Town Tour, there is the same stair case in a Harlem townhouse!!!
Beautiful 🤩
Does the host have a page? I would love to follow more of his work!
Nice! Very Modern Parisian
Dreamy, dream house.😍
Beauty 👏🏼
Absolutely stunning ❤
C’est belle!
Gorgeous house!
Paradise in Parisdise
Exactly. The house has the typical design fron them. However, inside, it looks so modern and comfortable. Congratulations.
Love.
great property. Is this in Villa Montmorency ?
Hom nay thanh toan tien mua nha paris. Thanks.
It's magnificent,,, I don't think this house will last long on the market,,, and by the way is it in the 15th??
No in the 16th.
It’s a shame all character has been removed and not restored internally. In London we tend to replicate the period features when properties are modernised to reinstate the original beauty. (Or is it a new build? Not too sure) Still a nice property and beautiful area
Me too, I try to rebuild the wood burn fireplace
That house is full of character. It is not generally true that period features are replicated when houses are modernised in London. I've seen far too many interiors ripped out and replaced with stark white boxes in too many period properties there.
cool but this seems to be located on the private bit of street called Sq du Ranelagh, and google says on foot you need 30min from the Eiffel tower (2,4km). Not 5min. 5min maybe with a car or a nice fast motorcycle. Otherwise the home is really nice. Since prices are beginning to drop and we work with international cash buyers maybe if the owner wants to sell we could try to sell it (we acceptp only listings with a realistic price).
Nice work doing the video ! ;)
Cheers ! :)
4:29 umm that looks like you sourced it from Home Depot
can you say the name of this house for an casestudy purpose
Can you say the name of this house
So sad to see how brutally it's been treated. "Open concept" is an insult to these lovely old homes. I'm glad a few period details survived, at least.
I'm sure the quality of the modern furnishings etc. is excellent, but why not put them in modern homes, where they belong? Respect for the past is important.
Why don't we all take your philosophy to it's logical conclusion and revert to living in caves. Progress is important and quiet often in terms of construction, refurbishment and property layout, needs change. Also it is often not feasible to preserve or restore period features. Yes in a perfect world it would be nice if this could have been saved as some kind of museum piece but somebody paid good money for this property and in the system we live in that gives them a bigger say in how it is used than you or I have and rightly so.
@@bustabloodvessel5327 You took the words out of my mouth. A lot of people seem to think that everything must be adhered to as originally intended or designed, no matter how unfeasible or inconvenient to modern lives.
Agreed. I couldn't watch this video past the first couple minutes. They choked the soul right out of this place. What a shame.
I would change some things, but it still beautiful
“You don’t feel you are in Paris…” errr and what is the point?
Have you been to Paris? So much of it is filthy, touristy and noisy.
It’s bascule like saying you don’t feel like you live in the city, you’re away from the hustle and bustle.
Hehe
Hehe
Such a quiet place in the busy city
I'm not a fan of minimalism, especially in period properties. That being said, I think this place is well done.
what was the other term for herringbone floor? "point en gris"?
Hello ! If you mean "Point de Hongrie", it looks quite similar, but this is not the same thing than herringbone floor. This one is called "Parquet en bâtons rompus" in French.
what do people mostly eat out? For being one of the cuisine centers of the world they don't focus much on kitchens. I like it a lot more than some it wasn't overly marbled.
Could have been done so much nicer
@2:05 The floor is not Herringbone, its chevron!
In the living room, painted pictures would have been much more elegant
This is my house
I love the neighbourhood.
However, isn't the floor on the salon chevron instead of herringbone?
The style might not be my taste, but I appreciate how gorgeous it is.
it is calles Point de Hongrie or hungarian stitch

Apart from the entrance, the staircase, the flooring, the windows and the garden, everything else is lacking character. Just another American apartment…The dullest kitchen I’ve ever seen. Apart from the electrical appliances…
What would something like this go for?
Not feeling this all
I bet it used to be charming til some idiot ruined it like this. Now, it has all the inviting warmth of a dentist's waiting room.
I totally agree. What a shame. It screams IKEA all over.
I think the interior designer didn’t like these clients…. It’s hard to believe some “designer” did this on purpose 😢.
As others have referenced..why ??
Leave the historical alone ,allow new build new build .
We are in need of beautiful history.
Disappointed, it looks like just another modern contemporary apartment, no personality, trends it’s really a waste of money
Bravo on you! The property? Yeah, ok, not bad. But you? Stay in front of the camera. You make the property.
Potential buyers want to see the interiors of the property, not the selling agent.
그러네
Is it still for sale?
This house with gorgeous potential ,was, I hate to admit , ruined by very mediocre interior design
The radiators add nothing to the overall design. They look sorely out of place. At least they should be painted to blend with the background.
Beautiful house but not done to my taste too modern for me x
Elliot is cute
🤌🏾
Beige
What a shame .. totally lost it French charm…. It’s culture it’s distinction .. just became everyone design a crime So sad .. leave st exupery alone … nothing to do with this abomination
French charm? Let's see how you define that term.
вообще не понравилось ,только сад зашел

This is scary
You ruined it
Looks nice, needs a elevator really.
I don't like the inside of it. The outside is stunning, though. If only it hadn't't been "gutted."
All the character was stripped.
This design is too modern for this house.
I don't like it is very boring could be in any city , has any Parisian charm left.
What a waste.
Why is he not fully dressed? He looks sloppy. Is that the new thing in Paris?
This man tries too hard.
The presenter needs to dress better, not dressing shabby to sell a home. Please work on that.
How is he dressed shabby? Also he’s the designer.
@@Human-shapedbeing untucked dress shirt. Dress shirt has no tie. A turtle neck would work with that jacket. A clean t-shirt would work also.
@@Peter-nh5hv Well dear, you are way behind the fashion crowd then. Untucked shirts are it and nobody wears a tie except lawyers or funeral directors these days. 🤣🤣🤣
