Though there were some mistakes like in full form of RISC and regarding the overhanging sites. But I loved your way of teaching, you cleared my doubts. You are a good teacher 👏👍
Sir, u made it easy . Thank u , and keep making more lectures . Specially these lectures are more helpful in present covid situation because we are not attending the offline classes of my institutions.
Thanku so much gurujii.....u helped me a lott.....i was nt able to understand the mechanism of rna from book it is totally exausting 4 me but when i found ur video nd after watching ur lecture i understand all d things ......thanku so much sir..🙏
indeed good explained really clear and easy to comprehend, but at beginning you said slicer protein has RNase H, and somewhere to the end when explaining miRNA-mRNA duplex, you said argonout has RNase H activity? :/
What is double stranded RNA , in which type organism it seen or it created in any type of cell depending on situation, what it's role and function. Plz make a specific video on DS RNA.
This is really helpful. I bet this is the most easy, well-explained video on youtube about miRNA :D Since I'm not really good at English, would someone explain why the last progress is important?
Thank you for the brilliant explanation! Your didactics to teach is great! I have a doubt, and would appreciate if you can help me (I need to solve for my internal PhD defense): are we producing miRNA all the time, or do we need a stimuli to produce it? More specifically talking, are there some kind of food which could make us to produce it? For example, could be that a high adherence to a healthy diet and its phytochemical could "silence inflammatory genes" through the production of some specific miRNAs, which interfere with mRNA of genes related to inflammation (e.g. CRP)? So, in case there is this interference, the mRNA of CRP will not be translated, and so the concentration of CRP in blood will be decreased by this mechanism. Is it correct?
Dear Suman sir, in ur previous video (basics of RNAi) u said that argonout is a type of RNase III type but sir, here u r saying it is a type of RNase h type. Which one is correct sir?
Sir I have a question... I have read some research papers where it was mentioned that the processing of miRNA from Pre-miRNA through Dicer takes place in nucleus.. But you r showing that it occurs after entering in cytoplasm.... I'm pretty much confused here😅
@@shomusbiologyofficial And Sir one more thing... You said that AGO protein has 2 domains PAZ and PIWI domain... But as far as I know there is another domain which is called MID domain which interact with the 5' phosphate of the miRNA...
