      What happens if the adaptive immunity has no S sequence already present for the new viral DNA injected inside the bacteria/microbes?

    9:42 sir, the bacterial immunity system you mentioned in this segment, is it same immunity system which was discovered in 1970 by Hamilton Smith which used the restriction endonuclease Hind II or something different? And if different, then what is the difference between endonuclease and cas-9 enzyme?
