      What happens if the adaptive immunity has no S sequence already present for the new viral DNA injected inside the bacteria/microbes?

    Your videos are very helpful. I have a doubt. If the CRISPR is an RNA template, then how to binds to DNA having complementary sequence, as RNA have U in place T. Please clarify.
