I will order a wrangler with the Hurricane six, and all the options I want. Eventually when Chrysler releases the 1,000hp crate Hurricane I will swap it in.

I'm loving my 4Xe Rubicon...especially when I can drive locally all week without using much (if any) gas, and then use that ICE when I play on the weekends. BUT - it's definitely missing that 392 gutteral growl!!!! I think the 392 is going to stand out as the pinnacle for the Wrangler for quite some time. And YES...even though the power of the 4Xe has exceeded my expectations by far (LOTS of smiles per hour), it would be great to see Jeep use the 3.0 Turbo with a hybrid or PHEV to get that extra boost! And it would also give Jeep the opportunity to address issues that have come up with the 4Xe system to make something that much more reliable.

@@GodspeedZRZ Yeah, that is high. I had a Jeep dealership try to sell me a 392 used with 2k miles on it for $93k last year while I was waiting for the Bronco, so I'm not optimistic that Jeep will sell for only $111k, probably over $150k with the ADM craziness going around. People underestimate the 4Xe hybrid. That thing is fast. There's only one serious issue with the platform and that is that it is rated for something like up to 13 inches of water. God help your wallet if you ruin the electronics with water.

Don’t see where you get $100k from on 2021 non XR with no gorilla glass, no headliner, no factory all weather mats. (Side note: The cool thing about factory all weather mats is that it has Tyrannosaurus rex skull 🦖 “Jurassic park sponsorship reference”, plus pick & shovel Jeepster eggs on them.) No tailgate reinforcement tire carrier or spare tire. Maybe there is a left over stock 33 laying around? Anybody who sees these videos on your 392 knows its gas pedal has been slammed to the floor multiple times repeatedly. Backwards non directional wheels on starboard side is torture because of being forced to look at it as I approaching it. What’s else is added: tint? Neutered the exhaust system, Rubik’s cube sized lights on hood & bumper, O’Reillys short antenna, spare tire delete, after market floor mats, tires, Amazon grab handles, Tazer which some dealers will see it and immediately void the warranty. Did I miss anything else besides those seat covers? Still with 3:73 gears & oversized tires which rubbed and caused port stern fender damage that had to be repaired. It’s been cut on, grinded on, trimmed on, welded on, mudded on, floored on, scratched by tree limbs, all of which has been documented in this channel. Stickered at 70K / 74k. So where does the 100k valuation come in at? Not dogging on your jeep and I’ve commented on multiple of your videos and I follow the channel. I just don’t see where the 100K comes from.

    • @GodspeedZRZ

I'm so upset with Jeep at this point. My 2018 JLU Rubicon with the 2.0 turbo has been great but my current issue is it's covered in galvanic corrosion. Currently trying to get them to cover it under warrenty but so far it isn't looking great as they declined the first submission. We have the 3.0 in our grand Waggoner. It’s a great engine with plenty of torque, it’s also one of the quietest engines I have driven, but it does have its own unique in-line six sound. Just by the seat of the pants feel the 3.0 seems to pull harder than the 6.4 in our 392. With that said it is definitely missing the fun factor that you get with a 6.4 V8 sound. This engine is a great replacement for the heavy duty line of trucks but I don’t think it should be replacing the v8 in performance vehicles. Also, the 3.0 is only averaging about 15 miles to the gallon. I’m getting 14 in the 392.😂
