I don't follow about put the playhead where you want it, as in a certain part of a clip, or do you just mean anywhere along the clips as long as the clip is selected you can just use the trim edit mode for the first example I think as you really are just sliding the clip along?
@@stehume in this method you don't need to select clip , just put the playhead on it. yes you can use slip edit ( with trim mode ) , but it's not accurate. in this method you can replace a clip with high accuracy. For example, if you have many shot from a scene, you can replace clip with this method and keep it sync with audio and other elements in timeline. Thanks for watching 🌹
