I just made this! For a healthier salted egg yolk sauce, I used a spoonful of oil, mixed the mashed egg yolk in, then added a couple splashes of water. Cooked on medium high heat. I also pan fried the shtimps instead of deep fry. It turned out delicious! P.s. You should have saved your extra sauce and mix with with rice!! Its so good!
