Easy Protein Packed Desserts | Chocolate Mousse & Cheesecake

  • Super easy high protein desserts that are healthy and DELICIOUS!!
    In this episode of Fail Proof Kitchen, Pro Chef Robbie Jester (seen on the Netflix show Pressure Cooker) and 1st Phorm Athlete Jenna Fail show their favorite go-to macro friendly dessert recipes. Learn how to make healthy chocolate mousse and a no-bake cheesecake recipe!
    No-bake Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake:
    (Single serving)
    1oz room temperature cream cheese
    1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
    Splash of vanilla extract
    1 tbsp sugar free Cheesecake Pudding mix
    1/2 scoop PSL Level-1
    For base and topping:
    2 graham crackers (broken up) or 1 pre made single serving pie crust.
    For topping:
    Toasted pecans
    In the bottom of your dish, add the crushed graham crackers.
    In a bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix until fully combined.
    Add the mixture on top of your pie crust and spread evenly. Top with toasted pecans. Allow to set up in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!

    Chocolate Avocado Mousse:
    Yields 6 servings
    ½ cup sugar free maple syrup
    ½ cup cocoa powder
    ½ scoop Level 1 Milk Chocolate Protein
    Blend all ingredients together in the blender on high until it is the consistency of Brownie Batter.
    4 each avocados
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 pinch of salt
    Add the avocados to the blender and blend thoroughly. Scrape down the sides of the blender and repeat. Repeat a third time until the avocado is no longer visible. Add in the vanilla extract and salt and blend for 15 seconds.
    Spoon the chocolate mousse into your serving dishes and garnish with fresh berries or grated chocolate.

    Jello Sugar Free pudding mix is where it’s AT!!! I keep sugar free butterscotch, pistachio, and cheesecake flavors in hand at all times and do the Greek yogurt/cream cheese combo! ❤
