Umm no I think the young man was very intelligent and was completely able to understand the answer. Biden literally laid out what issues need to be addressed in order to address the inequality that is felt by people of color. It’s not a small problem because it is systemic. The roots are deep. He explained it in great detail because ALL of those things will need to be addressed in order for people of color to truly have equal opportunities here. He understands the BIG picture and this is what he was saying. It’s Root Cause Analysis. One thing being addressed would not make the change needed because there are too many factors....And it’s not to say that even all of those initiatives will fix the problem of systemic racism but they will continue to improve the progression of equality. So I’m sure this young man was pleased that he was taken seriously as a undecided voter that needs these details to make an informed decision with his valuable vote. tRump would have probably answered “I’ve done the most for people of color. More people of color have jobs now than ever before...what do you have to lose?!” 🙄🙄🙄

Because schools primarily black are severely under funded! Also because majority of African Americans are not able to send there kids to preschool because it’s a “private school” and it’s pretty expensive and instead send their kids to day care. Where as the majority of white kids go to schools that are funded well and go to preschool as well as other luxuries of having generational wealth.

Clearly you can not follow a conversation. Look up the attrition rate of low income neighborhoods. then look up the funding. MOST IMPORTANTLY look up who lives in these neighborhoods by the stats.
