Sewing a range of light to medium materials on a Juki DU-1181N.

In this video, I am testing the lower limit of what the Juki DU-1181N can sew. The materials tested are different types of canvas, vinyl, leather, cork, and quilting cotton.

How do you manage to start sewing without holding the tails? My machine always bunches bobbin thread or pulls it into machine info don’t hold tails.

Start with your needle down like he does in this video most of the time. It helps with any birds nesting and slipping out of the needle.😊
