Easy Birria Tacos
1 chuck roast
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can beef broth
Cook beef until tender in the sauce and broth at least 30 minutes if using leftover beef
Dip corn tortilla in sauce and brown on both sides with a little oil or butter
Add cheese onion and cilantro or your favorite toppings to the tortilla and fold over and brown both sides
