I recently come across you channel, just tried it to see will it be useful to me like ..but now I feel at last I have one channel where I can learn and cook Kerala authentic receipies. You are very soft and very clear in explaining things..that is an art , keep continuing. Above all you give very practical tips , which is worth to make any stuff delicious, which one don't find in many channel. Language...no barrier..your language is very sweet and I like your boldness to explain in starting a food channel in Tamil and explaining receipies in Tamil. It's too good. I already have made couple of your dishes...it came out very nicely. I do follow up Malayalam food channels, but your is neat and clear . Keep continuing in posting authentic Kerala dishes, even if it is made in very small tiny Kerala villages. All the best, keep continuing your posts with interesting authentic Kerala receipies
