    Thanks for simplifying the shot. I've practiced jui-jitsu for awhile and haven't found a good way to time the drop step, or gauge the range accurately enough to confidently shoot. Your explanation makes sense to me. I've had to focus on arm drags, slide-bys, shucks etc. They are great in their own place, but I'd rather mix it up and go for their base. Plus it gives me twice as many options. I appreciate the content. My daughter started wrestling this year, along with jitz, and we tune in to you quite a bit. Hope your channel sees a lot growth. Thanks again

    Love the concept of this for high level attacks, what setups would you suggest work best?

      Theres literally a thousand, but they all follow a few key ideas. Folkstyle and freestyle will be similar whereas grappling, mma, bjj will have some different primary skills. Always push pull in any setup. And don't let your hands be still. An opponent is like a hot stove. The better they are, the faster you'll get burned for leaving your hands still (hanging in a tie). Snap hands and head or push and pull shoulders for starters. Let us know how that helps! 🙏
