Sorry to hear that. I’ve heard the same from a few others recently. Not sure if they are out of stock or completely shut down business since there hasnt been a response. At minimum, you should be able to get that refunded. Sorry for the trouble
They are a scam. My bank opened a chargeback/dispute and jcp never even replied.. id pull the link off.. I ordered because of this video and got scammed.. notnyour fault but the link sent me there. Please protect your viewers
Nice review. I just got the JC&P full spectrum like you have. I am going to tone down my red setting to 10% and see how that works for me! Love that Geophagus by the way, I am hoping to find one this weekend!

just ordered the 2'' wide model...not my choice - amazon wanted to charge shipping for the 1 & 1/2 '' inch larger one lol - either way - fish have been in the dark for a few days now

@@mrstea1813 From what I have gatherd from other posts on TH-cam and Facebook they have been "taking a break" for over three months now. If you used PayPal I would suggest going through them to get your money back. That is what I had to do.
Be carefull ordering from these guys. I placed an order based on this video and two weeks later the order is still unfulfilled and they will not respond. I did some digging and a bunch of other people are experiencing the same thing over the last several months. Not sure what is going on, but it looks like I may have to dispute the charge to my CC and find a new light.
Same here:ordred direct from them to make sure they get all the profit. Unfulfilled order, got a run around for a month. Bought one through Amazon: it's a great light, but apparently a garbage company. I'm glad amazon takes a percentage of whatever they made off me

I have always used the light that came with the tank 👎 but I curious about something maybe you guys knoweth answer, while setting up the light I pressed the blue bottom and the entire light turn blue, as soon as that happened all my fish went crazy scared 😱 why?
how long did it take for it to be shipped to u ? it said 1-5 days and it has been 8 days and they haven’t sent me an email saying it’s being shipped or anything 😑

I personally like my Aqueon. It does sunrise and sunset remote allows RGB programming to the minute. Have you tried one?

I usually do about 25% white, 25% blue
What size light should I get for a 75 gallon
I would do the 45” probably or one size smaller
Green in the spectrum is what plants need the least!
