    Nice bit of kit, obviously, (like you’ve mentioned in the comments) we wouldn’t carry that sort of thing around at the moment but if/when there is no law and order 😉

    Ana, that 2nd sharpie looked like it was a tin opener on the end.
    But as the blades are "hidden" inside the pole, it is considered as a hidden blade and so is an illegal carry in the UK.
    I bet you got it online from a non UK site 🙂

    • @AnasFoodLifestyle
      @AnasFoodLifestyle  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Yes Tin opener on the end too, well no I didn’t get this from Uk But there are UK websites sell it for x10£ as I hiking stick, which it is. Not something you carry as EDC BUT something can be very handy to have indoors for many reasons 😊

      @@AnasFoodLifestyle I have got one, but I took the sharp bits out and use it as a walking staff, it can still deliver a hefty blow or used to poke people away

      I’m not intending to carry it, it will sit with all my other preps 😊

    You do realise if you carry the saw and or knife blade it is classed as a concealed weapon in the UK and no reasonable excuse will be accepted for carrying it and thats before we go in to the weight... Seriously if you don't beleive me go have a chat with a lawyer thats what I did to make sure I would be complying with the blade articles and knife law here in the UK... He took one look and said DON'T followed by why...

    • @AnasFoodLifestyle
      @AnasFoodLifestyle  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Not something I’m intending to carry! Same applies to many other prepping gadgets preppers have, just because we have them doesn’t mean they leave the house! Even if I did take it hiking, have you ever seen a police on the top of a mountain? Again not intending to carry it , just saying 😊

      @@AnasFoodLifestyle was not intended too be an attack,, The laws here in the UK as you know is stupid and going to get worse with regards too knifes. Always effecting the law abidding folk whilst never effecting the crims..
      As too this "Even if I did take it hiking, have you ever seen a police on the top of a mountain? " Many times I have seen them pull in to the car park just as we got back. Even had a polite argument with them regarding carrying my leatherman even though I had a reasonable excuse..
      And besides I am a team leader in Mountain rescue and we often have a copper with us lol so I see them often up on the mountains lol

      You are legally allowed to carry a knife if the blade is under 3cm and it's a folding knife. You are not allowed to carry locking knifes gravity knifes or anything like that.

    • @AnasFoodLifestyle
      @AnasFoodLifestyle  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I know you didn’t , sorry it hard sometimes to get the tone across over the messages 😊 yes law abiding ones always pay the price for the naughty ones, same as crossbow issues 🙄 see we live in mountains in wales and you lucky to see a copper at the station 🤣 mountains here a Very very Vast . I think a lot depends on where you are based but my little kit will stay home until the collapse of the civilisation ( god forbid) 😊

      @@markcarpenter5368 You are correct for a public space BUT as long as a you have a reasonable excuse you can carry larger knifes and saws(saws are classed as a nladed article btw)and locking.. Camping, fishing, climbing , bushcraft are all classed as reasonable excuses. But you must not go to a punlic area with them when finished the activity... There are literally hundreds of vids on the subject. But you can also read it on the govs website(best place)... Anything 3in and below is legal anywhere (excpt courts and similar) above that you MUST have a reasonable excuse and cannot carry in a public area or you will be arrested and charged...

    I never know what you are going to come up with next! I'm not a gadget sort of person, although it is still interesting to see what is out there. I see you have the bowler hat farmer on again on Sunday - really looking forward to that. It's raining heavily every day here so goodness knows what effect that is having on the crops.

    Before recommending the crap you keep buying on TEMU, how about trying it ?
    Guaranteed you would change your mind and throw it all away ..... this is Chinese rubbish and will be of no use to ANYONE !!

    • @AnasFoodLifestyle
      @AnasFoodLifestyle  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Before assuming, why don’t you get the facts correct! You can’t buy knifes on Temu anymore. Secondly do you see a link to a product anywhere? And lastly do you hear me say “ go buy it now??” No!! I bought it and I’m showing it, it’s a personal choice if then people would like to look into it. And not being funny but knife is a knife, as I said is not a bushcraft knife but it certainly will serve its purpose .
