I really love the footage you show in this video. It's great how you not only show examples of what to do, but moments where you messed up; it's really helpful to see the mistakes, not just the pro plays. Your Photoshop additions are absolutely hilarious, too XD And the footage of your game at the end looks super cute!!! Good luck with it!!!
Do you think mercy’s Rez is too deniable in the current meta?
Isaiah she's the most picked healer in OWL (her and zen are neck and neck) and the top 3 most picked hero in every rank bronze-GM. So I would say no, it isn't lol, it just requires good thinking and game sense now
Rez is the strongest ability in the game, the last time it wasn't deniable no one but mercy mains were having fun...
Im a support player (I play all supports but mercy and sym) and being screamed at to play a role that isnt fun just because its busted and need to win sucks ass...so personally I think she is fine where she is now.
She's picked mostly in GM, i would say for the very least. I see a lot of ana and moira in the other ranks lol. In OWL, they went from being lucio and zen, to realize how powerful she still is. In my opinion, it's just a matter of how does one healer fit the comp. Her one rez, is still mighty powerful!!!!
But if you guys are all bunched up together, you should just moira - And ana if there is really not much to be healing(ex: tracer and sombra as dps, and orisa and hog as tank. All very sustainable, even more so with the sombra) since she delivers a lot of CC that's really amazing, and well there's just an issue when it comes to healing with ana nowadays. IMO. As well as your comp being pretty anti-dive, which benefits ana. And well, she'll be able to focus on her tanks and second support as well, shoot the dps for a time or two.
Mercy and moira should defenitely be the go to healers. Ana is still very situational, unless if you're amazing with her. (talking like 300+ hours with ana)

Hey it's so nice to see you again. And also i have a question that might be a little awkward ^^
So let's say that we're in the middle of the team fight and our friendly zen-moira-lucio(whatever they are) died and they have ultimate that can change the team fight. But you also know that you can res them but you'll die after resurrecting. So my question is, should i sacrifice myself to res my friendly support or just keep healing and stay alive?

People don't always understand that I'm rezzing as many as I can - but I won't do suicide or outright unecessary rezzes... (except accidentally, I think we all do those sometimes lol)

What mercy skill is? the number 1 would definitely be judgement. Then it's mechanical skill, a.k.a. positioning and your GA. You're completely right, but I wouldn't rez inside a teamfight unless if I have someone like zarya, because in most cases i'll be shot down. It's a habit to learn, because the higher in SR you go, the less generous enemy players are, unless If you know that you'll survive it (a.k.a the mcree or zen is too out of position to shoot me down.) Also, I would probably have rezed the mcree killed by junkrat. If he dies again, it's really his fault for being so goddamn blind LOL. I say rez that mcree, by the time you get the choke, a 15 seconds is already gone off your rez. By the time your team starts doing something, it would have reset. But it also depends on everything, i just wouldn't hold it on too much!
Hi Niandra again! :) Great video! A lot of great things you said that's important :) ! Sometimes you even remind me or teach me new things about mercy! and the guy who tweeted that, IT FEELS AMAZING DOING IT! I can feel their (forehead) face when they realize that I rezed at the last second, after babysitting it for a while.
Honestly the number one things that would prevent me to rez in all would be tracers. Tracer can one clip mercys due to her inability to walk or shift quickly during rez, so keeping them in mind is super important!

mercy should be able to shoot while rezing, it wouldn't be super effective but it would be very cinematic during a risky rez
Maybe a faint circle around the soul would help with managing distance. There are some definite design flaws.
Im a dva main and mercy's please do not rez dva in the middle of a team fight. If her soul is in between all the enemies and your team she will probably die before she can get in her meka. Take horizon point A for example dva dies mid point you rez her (somehow) she now either had to suit up right there or run for cover. She will probably die I mean shes glowing and everyone will see her come up, she also has 150 hp and no movement abilities so shes very vulnerable. If she dies near the back of the point or near a door, go for it its alot safer but im so tired of mercy resetting my respawn time just cuz shes suicidal.

Hey, I know this vid is super old but i have one more tip: if you're trying to rez out in the open, *turn your back against the enemies!* On my experience, I have received less headshots and succeeded to do riskier rezes. Still, remember that you can die and lose the point for that.
currently sitting are 2.8 k and I'm interested in heros that are more decision reliant such as rein. I want to expand my knowledge on supports and so far you're the only you-tuber that has me interested in playing this character. thank you

Hi Niandra, are you still doing VOD reviews? You haven't updated your title for VOD submissions so I wasn't sure :)
When I play Mercy, I get off soooooo many cheeky res, just by watching enemies and their cooldowns, while also paying attention to what theyre doing/looking at - it's very rare that someone can shift their attention quickly enough to secure the kill/stop you if they have no CC's; if there's a doomfist though, you have to be damn wary. Speaking from Masters level, which I find interesting since many might expect incredible reflexes by that level.

5:05 lmaooo i relate to this. sometimes i attempt a crazy risky rez behind enemy lines and god knows how but i make it through and get back to my team. its a crazy adrenaline rush.

I almost always keep healing on a squishy for a few seconds when I Rez them. I just feel safer in case someone decided to try to get them
