He never checked the oil before or after adding the oil. He could probably tell how much it needed by the key of the clatter the engine made.
every half tank is 2 qts. no need to check. it won't be overfill for too long and will be low for three days anyway. I drove a corolla. I fixed it and had probably the only corolla with 300k miles that burned no oil. That thing was like fill the oil and check the gas when I bought it.

Not true. Your oil will read low while hot, because it's slung up in the motor. Check oil cold and atf hot
