Good luck with the Trans Am I've been messing with mine for 28 years give a 30 inch television set 175 bucks for mine but I was lucky my gas tank was Teflon coated but 28 years later add $20,000 later 78383 Stroker 4:45 horsepower 483 ft lb of torque at 4300 long journey but well worth it now have fun with your build don't give up later bye
I would agree the cap and rotor would most likely need to be replaced. Wires, spark plugs as well should be replaced. Right were you checked for fuel pressure on the rail, you can buy a fuel pressure gauge right there on the rail. That way you can see if you have 40 psi when starting the car. If not Fuel pressure regulator valve, would have to be looked at. Make sure the vacuum line is good. Or the fuel pump inside the tank is fouled up. I have 91 firebird. one day it just stopped running out of no where and than it start and go again and than quit again later. It was the the tiny slenoid on the starter that was faulty. This car can run again. Good luck
10-4...there's a guy on the 3rd Gen FB pages scamming people with promises of burnt chips. Someone had pointed out that he's using your video on his actual web page as an overview of sorts. They said you were possibly him because of it. Love your channel by the way
@@MrRob600rr can you send me a link? You can email it to me. Ryan@redlioncoatings.com I know who you’re talking about, and it sucks because we’re based in the same state which makes it even more convincing.

Yep, I think that’s next weeks project. I have a pressure tester just didn’t want to find it at that point
Beautiful TA! I have several fourth gen Firebirds, but I love all generations.
Hopefully it will be nice again
