I just received it as a Christmas gift! I fully charged it, and when I turn it on, the red flashing light activates. Please help!

Not a fan..itt literally just tightens on y hand and releases like a blood pressure cuff. Ive been ceocheting almost 15 years. So i was super excited when i got this as a gift. But it does absolutely nothing but take my hand's blood pressure
