Yes , super easy is the way to go! Us old guys don’t need a lot to stay fit! But daily is the key for sure!!

Yeah something, anything, is so much better than nothing. I was pretty active when I was younger so I actually even kind of enjoy it! Thanks for the comment

Super easy is great. I started doing wall yoga, and I LOVE IT! 10 minutes a day is all you need. But now I want to add your giant rubber band into it. You know, to lose those arm flaps I earned around age 45. lol

Those are triceps! you can also do that one sitting in a chair it's even easier or just start with no resistance like this : th-cam.com/users/shortsUCn_URd2xI0?si=I5rZOiM3jhOJp3ik

@@awkwardgenius I was a gym rat for most of my adult life. But then I dropped nearly 40 lbs in one month and all of my muscle, as you know, flew the coop. I was too thin, but left with muscle less arms, and legs, and everywhere else.
I gained a lot of my muscle mass back over time with 1 hour sessions, down from the 2 hour workouts I did for decades @ 6 days a week.
In the last 7 years or so, I dropped it to 30 minute cardio/weight sessions, daily.
Then I found wall Yoga, and I just love it. I could easily do it an hour a day. But, right now, I'm still working on the mystery illness attacking my body.
That big rubber band, though, I just feel it would help me much ore than my little 8lb dumb bells that I've using for so long.
Gonna have to get one... or two.
      Thanks for showing it!

I used to be so hard on myself because I wasn't paying big bucks for a gym membership and all the expensive gym clothes and then dedicating oodles of hours every week to driving there, working out and then driving home. Then I got wise and more self-loving. That's what age can do for us. Now I simply add in SIMPLE things throughout my day that help me stay fit... taking the stairs instead of the elevator (sometimes I will go up and down several times), parking far away from where I need to go, using my 5L bottles for bicep and tricep exercises, doing squats or jumping jacks while I wait for my coffee to brew, take a few minutes break from work and do some simple chair exercises that strengthen my core. There are a lot of simple things we can add into our daily lives that help us maintain a higher level of fitness and health.

Sometimes you just gotta take it easy, lay on the couch and stare at your phone...

Packed shoulders, straight back... I'm pretty sure it's perfect but just in case what do you recommend?
