when I was 17 in 87 the police created a special unit called sound busters they'd measure the decibels of your car sounds and issue tickets.10yrs later places like circuit city and best buy made bass boxes for the car and sound busters disappeared now that major white own business did it.today the sounds come vehicle standard.when your white its alright.87 I was pulled over for a flickering head light coming from work.I got a ticket for tree air freshner around the rearview mirror eating pizza and driving.2 dark window tint my car was seized until I took the tint off in front of officers at the station.I was followed home from work one time for 5 days straight ran my plates made sure my paper work was legit not 2 miles from my house.in 91 me and my brother was coming out of target store stopped by 4 officers escorted to my car placed in a parking lot line up for a white sears cashier to finger us in a snatch n grab jewelry heist not 1hr after we went shopping across the mall busy street.I said why you harassing us she said it want us so why don't you let us go.the white cop replied so you can go shoot and kill somebody. 89.here in Ga 90's the cops set up random road blocks to check I.d for illegal immigrants Im mixed Cuban n native American they asked for my I.d cause I was in a car full of Mexican family coming from work in 2005 I was walking across a cat walk home from a store cop asked for my I.d and where I lived with his hand on his gun.2006 pulled over coming home from work by 2 squad cars for car backfire next block over they thought was gun fire and we were the only car they saw 2 blocks from home.2013 walking from work drenched in flour n sauce cop pulled over to ask where I Was going home i replied hotel 10 minute walk from my store.2014 waiting on the bus in the winter faced covered with a Ga state bandanna cop said take it off or be arrested.what makes all think it ever stopped
QUIT YER BITCHIN' ya whiner. My brother is a cop and when he was in a marked patrol unit, I used to go on dept authorized 'ride along " trips on Sat nights. Anybody who dislikes the police needs to check with the local precinct commander about getting a ride along. Once you see what kind of jackasses the average beat officer has to put up with on a daily basis, U may change yer mind. It may not work in a small town, bubba is a big city cop.
U can probably find the "precinct" commanders office by looking on yer city or county pd's website or calling the main police dept # (NOT 911) and asking where yer precinct office is and the name and tel # of the commander so U can make an appointment.
