You left out the most important part. For context: when this song came out there had been a story in the news about two little kids found dead in a car. Their mother had left them inside in like 90+ weather and had gone shopping. The little kids were roasted alive, hand prints on the windows, had puked their guts out and everything. They died the worst death imaginable.
So at a time when rappers were saying shit like “I’m hotter than lava” this song come out with Slim Shady talking about how he’s hotter than those two kids (he changed it to twin babies to make it rhyme)....You KNEW this man was something different.
