There’s a plastic trim piece right underneath the headlight to reveal the clips under the headlight that can be removed to make it easier

Do you see the panel above the headlights, does your civic have black clips popping out, my civic has black clips popping out of the panel, I took it to the dealership and they told me “that’s how the cars made” which irritated me a lot! Let me know please!

Worked great! The only variable is a block heater cord which needs to be fished through before reattaching. I also improvised with a lego tool as a plastic wedge.

Thanks think ya iust saved me money lol. Hit a damned raccon last night, it cracekd my grille behind the license plate which also is now loose af just hoping the bumper itself is fine. I can replave the grille just fine but the whole front end im not really to adamant on spending 1000 plus for spmething THIS SIMPLE

Thank you for sharing. Is it possible to adjust the gap between the metal fender and the bumper (at the top) by removing the clips (the first ones you removed) and pulling it some? The gap I have is extremely tight and wanted to get it back out some so it might not rub.

Method is not the same with parking sensors and fog lights. Have everything ready to pull off but can’t because those are connected. Someone please help asap

Take the bumper off slowly and unplug them when you can get your hand behind the bumper.
