    Paula, you truly are the best yoga teacher on TH-cam, I only practice with you now and there’s absolutely one need to search for another teacher. Your flow, instructions and voice make everything come together in a very peaceful and calming way, and that’s exactly what I need! I always look forward to my morning practice with you.     whenever im tired after work or when i have no motivation to do anything after work, i always remember your channel. Because i always enjoy following your practice and your chill vibe overall. I feel so much better after long day and im so ready for my restful sleep 😴

    WOW! This sequence is so well suited to what my body needs. I made it to 20 minutes, will return tomorrow. This one is really worth sticking to. Thanks Paula! Yours is the best Yoga channel on TH-cam by far.

    Oh joy of joys I found the Japanese seated position to be so comfortable for my body. I enjoyed this practice very much and felt the benefits in body, mind and spirit. You are a delight to watch and listen to and I am grateful. Blessings to all 🙏

    This is a great class, I really enjoyed the opening sequence, sitting with the toes folded under is always good for my ankles and feet. It provided a nice passive stretch while we worked on opening the upper body. Then slowly working up to the pigeon holds. I felt very relaxed and open after this class. Thank you!

    As always, lovely flow! My wrists did get sore after a while so I did end up skipping a few downward dogs towards the end...but overall a great flow for the back and hips. Thank you, Paula!

    Hi paula i hv cytica type of pain since 7 8 yrs but it has drastically lessened since i m praticing yoga n excersises , means the pain radiates from left back moving till my left foot from behind n side , while trying mermaid pose , it got aggrivated , can u suggest which yoga positions shud i avoid so tat the pain doesnt gets aggravated, though i dnt want to restrict myself n try all wat u r teaching! But plz guide me .

      Thanks for sharing, it sounds like it is getting aggravated due to the back extension required in mermaid - it can be quite a strong pose. In the half-pigeon try to keep your hips square to the front and I would leave mermaid pose out for now. I'll try to do a practice for sciatica sometime although I'm glad that you seem to be finding relief through some of the existing practices. Keep listening to your body and go gently into poses - avoid doing anything where you feel sharp pain in your back/down your leg. x p

    I have problem with my left fingers...they are stiff and swollen for 2 years...could this yoga helps me?
