If u have committed a crime u just want to push off from the scene at the earliest.. u wouldn't hang around the scene of crime locking the doors, drinking whisky, placing white sheet on the dead body, keeping everything clean and tidy near the scene of crime because u fear the other members of the house might wake up and find u.. U would take that much effort only if u r an insider and the crime has happened in Ur own house.. I mean which Criminal would find a white sheet and place it on the dead body.. Okay here's my take: Hemraj saw something very objectionable happening between Aarushi and her father. Also evidences do state that Aarushi was not a virgin. Hemraj objected and threatened to tell his wife, then Father got angry, killed him in a feat of rage. Aarushi probably tried to save Hemraj but got accidentally killed by her father too. Wife may or may not know about this secret I don't know but if she didn't know that his husband had sexual relationship with her daughter, then her husband might have made up a story saying that Hemraj was trying to rape our daughter and I saw him, killed him in a feat of rage What you guys think?
I am not the eye witness but if you look the whole scene clearly it's either one of the parent or both who killed the child and the servant. Reason could be anything which we only they know coz it all happened in a house where they all were the only people inside. Second thing it's impossible for anyone to kill two people without making any sound or noise at all. Third thing either parents are hiding their dirty secrete which somehow got exposed to the daughter and servant they killed them or they should medically prove that they under a high drugs dose that night so know what happened at all.

Lady stills grills him after Arun Kumar whispers in her ears. 3)Krisha clearly tells that “Dr Talwar must have done it” The Dr does not ask single question on that.She immediately switches to next question. 4)Krishna also tells that somebody called Rohit might have done it. Again no attempt is made to find that further, Now i am of the opinion that Arun Kumar was rightly removed from investigation team. He was hand in gloves with Talwars to falsely implicate the servants. Arun Kumar later said that there was it was only a 46 minute video and not 55 mins. Looks like this corrupt CBI officer forgot to delete the full narco video after the edit. Anyhow this guy was even pulled by the bihar high court which asked for a FIR to be filed against him in another case for manufacturing and manipulating evidence.

I have a question ?....if anyone of both the suspect talwars and krishna are guilty then why someone will try to protect them...cause this case is totally a domestic case, and the murder doesn't involve any politicians or government officials for which government will try to protect the suspect....so as per the evidence... Hemraj saw something very objectionable happening between Aarushi and her father. Also evidences do state that Aarushi was not a virgin. Hemraj objected and threatened to tell his wife, then Father got angry, killed him in a feat of rage. Aarushi probably tried to save Hemraj but got accidentally killed by her father too.
Wife may or may not know about this secret I don't know but if she didn't know that his husband had sexual relationship with her daughter, then her husband might have made up a story saying that Hemraj was trying to rape our daughter and I saw him, killed him in a feat of rage

I am not the eye witness but if you look the whole scene clearly it's either one of the parent or both who killed the child and the servant. Reason could be anything which we only they know coz it all happened in a house where they all were the only people inside. Second thing it's impossible for anyone to kill two people without making any sound or noise at all. Third thing either parents are hiding their dirty secrete which somehow got exposed to the daughter and servant they killed them or they should medically prove that they under a high drugs dose that night so know what happened at all.

1)Officer Arun Kumar is falsely trying to implicate Krisha with the help of lady Dr conducting the narco.
2)Krisha says three times that he was not there at that place. Lady stills grills him after Arun Kumar whispers in her ears.

Now i am of the opinion that Arun Kumar was rightly removed from investigation team. He was hand in gloves with Talwars to falsely implicate the servants.
Arun Kumar later said that there was it was only a 46 minute video and not 55 mins. Looks like this corrupt CBI officer forgot to delete the full narco video after the edit. Anyhow this guy was even pulled by the bihar high court which asked for a FIR to be filed against him in another case for manufacturing and manipulating evidence.
