Around the 2:00 mark, the observation made is ridiculous. Would they inspect how their daughter was murdered and then proceed to kill their servant in a similar way? There is very less evidence pointing to the Talwars, this case showed how the disparities between the upper middle class and the mentality of the media, the police and the judicial system. I request everyone to either read the book 'Aarushi' by Avirook Sen or watch the movie Talwar if you're not into reading.

Someone who used a golf club earlier would never come back to 'finish the job' with a precise cut. 3).Plus, even though he could not rape her, the autopsy report clarifies that something did happen to her, from examination of her private and redressed her cloths and undergarments. 4). burning the bed off before forensic investigations completed, applying for anticipatory bail before the case began and the police even started pointing fingers. 5). they also refused to hand over the terrace key to the police for 3 days. 6) That the clothes of both the accused were not found soaked with blood. It is highly unnatural that parents of deceased Aarushi will not cling to and hug her on seeing her murdered. 7) That it is not possible that an outsider(s) after committing the murders will muster courage to take Scotch whisky knowing that the parents of the deceased Aarushi are in the nearby room and his top priority will be to run away from the crime scene immediately. 8) That the door of the terrace was never locked prior to the occurrence but it was found locked in the morning of May 16, 2008 and the accused did not give the key of the lock to the police despite being asked to give the same.
We will never know who killed Aarushi and their servant. But, we should be concerned that the killer might be out roaming in our society right now if her parents are not the killers. Everyone is aware that the crime scene was messed up by the police and the media persons over there. We are living in 21st century and such crimes still take place and what's even more shocking is our police, CBI, and the justice system behaving this way!

There are 3 Doors where you have to pass to get inside the actual house. If Hamraj was the main target, the perpetrator would had killed him and would had left since Aarushi was in her own room and 3rd Door can only be opened by house members.

How can anyone be “pretty sure” about the extra marital affairs that was alleged, there is a lot of false story out there , no one should believe media in this particular case . There won’t be any closure to this case and we should just accept that , all the evidence are long gone. Leave that child alone and the servant who considered her like a daughter. Accusing a child of 14 year old having sexual relationships with servant is sickening to me…. Just let them rest in peace.

Aarushi was probably an accident and Hemraj was the actual person who got murdered.
