Già da ragazzo aveva delle capacità vocali fuori dal comune. Ma, nonostante il successo e la notorietà mondiali, ha continuato a studiare canto, prendendo lezioni con un cantante lirico. Absolutely sublime. There are not enough superlatives to describe just how richly Tony's vocals shine through on this wonderous rendition of My Way. I've been a fan of Tony and Spandau since I first saw them live on their first time at the original Scala Cinema in Tottenham Street, London. Bob , he's now a broadcaster on the radio and I remember he did write/edit The Face magazine. Well he introduced them that night. I used to go to Billy's, Blitz, Beatroute, planet's, Mud Club, Wag etc back in the day. In my 60s now and I've got to admit that Tony's looking a Helluva lot better these days than I am loool Great video. Thank you so much for posting it up for us old and young fans to appreciate and in my case, reminisce ❤️👌🏼
@@mr.balloffur This won't go down well, but I've only ever considered Sinatra to be a lounge singer. He was very good at it, but I watch his old live concerts and think meh. He wasn't a patch on other singers who were around during the same period.

Tony and Frank Sinatra aren't either one, selling out very big venues. It's not a blanket term for somebody who sings jazz and swing very well.

He is one of the "true voices" to come out of the pop era that has really evolved and matured beautifully with time. Would love to see him in concert.
