    I sooo love this thai sausage paired with sticky rice and green chili paste sauce.. it's absolutely wonderful flavor yummy!!!

    Gotta be my favorite Northern Thai food. Lucky for me my mother lives in Chiange Mai so I get to fly from Miami to visit her once a year.

    I made the Thai Sausage with rice today and put small little meatballs in my Italian Escarole Soup with Cannolini beans and it worked!😋
