You lucky people are allowed to hunt...no way for us folks in continental Europe, sigh....by the way, nice accurate shooting! I read read somewhere that the ideal fork width, in terms of best power output and velocity, lies between 5 and 7 cm (1.96 to 2.75 inches). My homemade heavy duty stainless steel rod slingshots (rod thickness of 0.31 inches) have a fork width of 2.75 inches: this is where I use the heaviest bands for 0.62 steel ammo and up, high impact guaranteed. Smaller slingshots are fine with a 1.96 inch fork width, in my opinion.
NIce job. I haven't tried precise bands yet. Can't believe we can't use a slingshot to hunt small game with in Tennessee when you can use a bow to deer hunt with. I put a call in to my representative haven't heard anything yet.
I like the wooden slingshots ive got all the frames but the one that cost me nothing is the one that comes hunting with me all the time. . 🇬🇧🤝

Is your shooting style preference holding the ammo or holding the pouch in front of ammo - or do you vary depending on ammo size? Nice video!
