Got a homegym during that lockdown and I think I will never go back to a commercial gym. Its just awesome to train at home when the kids are in bed. I got much more consistency with my workouts through that.
I started Noom after watching your weight loss journey. I have lost 2 pounds in the last four days. And I knew I had to make some changes, but didn't know exactly where. I was adding too many things to my overnight oats and the chart helped me realize why I was not losing weight in spite of working out.
I’ve been on keto since Jan 4 (first Monday of the year) and so far I’ve lost 7 lbs and have 18 more to go. It’s encouraging to know I’m not the only one. Love your videos ❤️

I dont know if you realise but, poaching eggs like that is an absolute hack!! Ive started doing it in a shallow pan and its so much easier! Dont know whyi didnt think of it lol no faffing around swirling water etc etc. Love it!
It's been years that I weigh myself every morning, it helps me feel tge repercussion of evening snacks etc. I am struggling with getting any sport done, especially now when juggling between work and kids but I have to admit your experience really motivated me! All little bits help and what you said, even doing a little is better than nothing. You go girl!! :)
Yes well done! I was finding this lockdown soo much harder so I started keto and intermittent fasting 4 weeks ago and I’ve lost 20 pounds so far 💪 it’s been such a positive thing and a treat for myself x

I'm currently 8 months post partum (9 months next week) and I've lost 5lb in the past 3 weeks from just not eating so much crap! and also regularly exercising. It's hard trying to fit in when baby naps as that's the only time I can do it...but we can do this!!!!
Before me and my fiancé started going to the gym we just thought it was running on a treadmill and didn’t realise the importance of working with weights, people think that if you lift weight you have to lift really heavy weights and spend hours lifting but we found that just a few sets with different weight activities and our heart rates were up the same as when we’d just do cardio, loved this video such a positive outlook on being healthier xxx

I have never seen poached eggs made like that! So funny that you said “ you all probably know” but glad you still shared because this way seems wayy easier! We get taught that you have to have a pot of water and make a whirl pool then drop the egg in. It’s a skill I haven’t mastered yet 😅

Well done you I started mine in September, although not noom. But Fitbit and the Fitbit app. Exercise 5 days a week, I've got to my ideal weight,so I am now maintaining. Got some good habits though, feel fitter and much healthier. Lost 2 stone (. Needed to)

I personally think that it’s a very low calory intake, which is as bad for metabolism as eating too much. You have to eat then less and less just to maintain the weight.

Been using Noom since January 1st and lost 10 lbs so far! I love the app and it's gotten even better since they have interfaced with Fitbit.

Remember to take it slowly. Postpartum is no joke. I started getting healthier and stronger at 6 months postpartum.

Agree. 1,300 calories a day will wreck your metabolism and hormones. That’s the caloric intake of a toddler 😔

Well done you, you look fab. What a great weight loss in such a short time. I’ve been exercising since the first lockdown and have lost absolutely nothing, have actually put on so disheartening. 30 minutes of cardio a day and one rest day. Madness x

Emily, you should try kale shake, the kale is super good for u. It doesn't taste very nice but u can disguise the taste. There r lots of TH-cam recipes. Must try!

I loved this video Emily. I'm really struggling with motivation this lockdown. During the first lockdown I was doing online classes 3 x a week and running. Just cant seem to motivate myself at the moment
