The exercise at 5:20 has been tremendously helpful. Thank you! I've always had trouble working my inner thigh on my left leg. This exercise targets it perfectly.

I got into ballet about 5 years ago as an adult (never danced when I was younger) and I've found it difficult to get some of the basic information that I'm sure most dancers get when they are 'little ones'. The most instruction I've gotten is that my head should be the last part of the body to start the turn and the first to finish it. I have no doubt that the details and basic things to practice will be really useful!

I tend to have trouble with my fifth position but I'm definitely going to use these practices so how many reps each to practice

On the last exercise for turnout on relevé why is there a slight pinch in my achilles? :/ I feel like I stretch my calves often
