It is annoying; I was a fully grown adult with a full-on career under my belt and left Liverpool and the UK for overseas challenges. Makes me feel old looking at these players looking like kids.
Me and my homi went to this game, we spent the day in Liverpool and went to the match in the evening, during the warm up Henry was doing keepie ups right in front of us, good memories of a great game.
Not sure whether it’s sky sports sound set up but the atmosphere just seems waaay more louder/electric. Probably was as it wasn’t full of tourists spending half the match on their phones.
If Heskey hadn't scored Arsenal with the win would have been 5 points clear of Utd at the top. They managed a 5 point gap 3 weeks later when Utd drew to Bolton. 2 Weeks later Arsenal lost to Blackburn and with 8 Rounds to go the difference was 2 points and would bottle it in the end.
@omalone1169 Don't refer to a human as an object 😂 (The ThierryHenry shot was just before the time you wrote, so it only showed Henry's reaction to the shot you were trying to talk about).
Love these videos bro watching Liverpool games from this era takes me right back to my childhood. Thank you
Absolutely
Look at the Liverpool and arsenal teams now full of useless blacs 😂😂😮😅

So much nostalgia , football doesn't feel the same anymore sadly.

36:46 wow
Absolutely
People talk about that ball from Kaka in the CL Final in 05... I always think of what Bergkamp did at 50:41
Remember watching this game like it was yesterday. 21 years ago. Wow 🤯
Football was much better back then I miss it! Passion the crowds were epic. Game was faster pace
07:57 goosebumps
thanks for upload
30:10 - 30:20 Collectors item... Herny's devastating pace and Bergkamps RARE bad touch.
When you knew there will be Henry or van Nistelrooy on the other side, you would always have a bad feeling about the outcome of the game back then.

Ive noticed it too. It was way louder back then..
Back then Thierry Henry was something else 🎉🎉❤ just magical 😊 whenever he was playing i was sure of good results
The intensity is unreal.

I'll never forget when Arsenal lost 3-2 to Leeds at Highbury... there was no chance left by then... it was heartbreaking for a 9-year-old myself
@@marceloviverosv.4493and bottled it again this season
Back then it was the Bolton game when, yet again, they blew a two goal lead
Nah the only bottle was the one that steven gerrad slipped on his fucking ass and gave it to demba ba
I like football better before var. i dont care that the ref gets close offside calls wrong. I liked how natural the game flowed.
We need more classic matches.
Nostalgia legend of Foorball ❤⚽😎
We could have been seen Henry and Anelka rivalry, if Liverpool never terminated his contract.
Some world class players in that Liverpool side. Some very good players but overall just not enough to win the league
wtf what world class players ?
Gerrard, Hyypiä, Owen
Drop tears on my phone...
I miss tyler and gray😢😢😢😢
Arsenal couldn't win European cups with Wenger but they won invincible EPL championship in 2003/04
They had the chance to win the UEFA Cup against Galatasary and UCL against Barcelona.
Gilberto SIlva is a G
Wenger did some good signings during that period... Cygan was not one of them
Indeed he was a victim of red cards always 😂
44:00 what was that ?
62 mins game time reminds me of the 2008 winner at Chelsea
He did something similar vs Man United later on in this season

1:15:24 Brother in Christ 😮
Commentators were salty even back then.
No woman commemtators though...thats just hell.
Why where players so much better these days???
They played om real grass. With a different ball. More creativity.
Riise 🚀🚀🚀
