@@nazomius7033You say it isn’t related to the US, so why would they burn the US flag? Obviously the US is involved.
THIS IS TREASON NOT A PROTEST.
That’s ironic considering our entire senate has committed treason against Americans by putting Israel priorities over American priorities
I thought the same thing.
Proof that it is "treason?"

Give them a ticket to their Palestine, if they even know where it is.
Why burn the flag of the nation thats sheltering and supportin you? I'd be proudly holding it up and waving it around like i don't care.

Why in the world they burned the American flag that’s disrespectful
I am from Sweden but i just want to say, this is terrible and im very sad about this. How could people support a country they dont even know where it is?
Hate the government, not the country. The American Flag represents our country as a whole, not he government.
That’s how I see the flag too. When I see the flag, I see our country, not our crooked government.

From a Canadian - Mad respect to that man. Why aren't the police getting involved? Isn't that literally a gathering for purpose of insurrection?
if police gets involved they'll the ones that gets in trouble. Their ordered to follow directions or else they could face punishment. Some police officer really wants to do something but they can't because of the system
It is a protest. Have you heard of those?
How can any good American citizen tolerate anyone burning the American flag in front of him/her??? Wrong wrong wrong….
No, it is actually a RIGHT.
@wellhellothere6347 no it's not, it's disrespectful and arrogant to do that in the homeland of America.

There’s a difference between a citizen’s rights and anarchy. American freedom does not equal doing whatever you want.

I think they already had... (they took control of Capitol Hill, and raised the US flag later that night)
is it legal to burn an American flag in one's own country?
in my country burning the national flag is illegal and will be subject to arrest.
Yes. It is legal. Texas v Johnson (1989). The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that the 1st amendment protects flag burning as “free speech”

Burning the flag was only legal for the ceremony of retiring flags, NOT to express disdain.
