Thank you so much for being so honest and open up about hard things, thank you sharing this different perspectives to look at living life in love vs fear. It really makes me think, yes I know that, but I did not thought about it that way before. Have a beautiful Winter Erin

So many things in our lives that we can't change, perspective is one thing that we can! Hugs!

I love the way you say every little thing we are all always worrying about getting done and switch to living in the moment, learning yourself and teaching others of this beautiful skill as well. That sh!t will always get done, but those kids will remember those 45minutes licking their ice on a stick much more than how clean that kitchen was or how neat their laundry was tucked away. Love you and your wonderful persona. ❤

Hi I have two daughters also. They're grown now, in their mid thirties. I unschooled them too. They never went to school or opened a textbook until college. We just "hung out" doing whatever suited our fancies. People( family mostly) would tell me that they would never be able to have a job or fit into society. Today they both have Master Degrees and live in big cities SF and New York. I didn't pay a dime for their college because they've taken care it themselves. They are happy productive adults. I tell you this to encourage you to keep going. Unschooling can be like walking down a dark alley at midnight, in a town you've never been in before. Terrifying. And to think I deliberately took my babies with me; crazy. But it turned out great. And your family will too.

I love this! It is really an epic act of rebellion, isn't it? As much as you believe in it, there is so much noise from society, it is easy to doubt. It is so reassuring to hear success stories!
