I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Your vlogs are so informative. You don't have the camera focused on your face 90% of the time (like many vloggers), you include your Mom so often (which is grand), and you do it all with style and grace. Another relaxing lovely vlog.
Josie! We are here for you too! You cheer us up through our bad days so you vent all you need. Those things all sound bad. The hurricane here was even more horrendous than we could’ve ever imagined going inland and causing massive destruction. Recovery efforts are ongoing. I love your wreaths! Chin up sweet human!❤
Josie I'm not sure if you read your comments but on the off chance you do, here are a few heartfelt thoughts. I discovered your channel about two months ago (too bad it wasn't sooner) because all of your content is so captivating, and reflects the time and love you put into it. Although I'm aware things on camera aren't always how they appear; I hope your life really is this romantic and wonderful. Your content has brought me immense joy, in more ways than one. I grew up in rural Canada, and I think you single handedly revived my dream of living in the country. Everything from your style to your demeanor is hugely inspiring to me. I can see some cultursal differences wether it's the cute cottage architechture you have nearby or the enchanting english you speak. But despite those small things I find we have so much in common and watching your videos brings me a sense of peace. I genuinely hope you continue to create content you love; because you've mastered communicating your energy through videos. With love, just another little viewer who thinks you're awesome:)
Josie please don’t feel like you have to be positive all the time! It’s absolutely fine and normal not always have positive and uplifting things to show us that just shows how human and “normal” you are and how good you feel to share it with us! I am sorry that you had an awful last few days and I hope you feel better now! You are a truly genuine person and what a talented you are too. The wreat is gorgeous and the colours right up my street 😜 The camera is also showing good quality and your voice is absolutely fine. I bought the same camera to start practicing filming but have been waiting to find “the right” time as I am not confident with it at all…so that was good to see it in practice with you. Sending you a big big hug and lots of positive vibes and love ❤
Dear Josie, I have to admit that I admire and love the way you live, I also love love your house, and especially the area where you live. It's like a heaven on earth! I wish you and your husband to enjoy every moment because some of us here don't experience these beautiful and unique moments. Thank you for the wonderful videos. ❤❤❤❤
May I suggest that on your front door, that you bring the wreath up higher. I think it would look better and more balanced! I love watching your blog! Very refreshing and fun! ❤❤
Beautiful wreath! I personally like it on the kitchen door. I know your visitors don’t use that door but I feel like we all see that door more than your front door so we’ll get to enjoy it 😂☺️
I wouldn't bother with using another camera. This one you're using is amazing. Brilliant resolution and sound. You are actually speaking on cue instead of off. Also you don't sound like you're in a tunnel when speaking to us. I prefer this camera.
Agreed ❤ I know you don’t like it but it does look very flattering and nice. I think the other camera actually was a bit more sharp which can look harsh at times. 📸
I'm so sorry that you've experienced some rather unpleasant events. These things can make one feel vulnerable. Tonight, hug Charlie, your mum and your beautiful boys. On a positive note, your Autumn wreath looks positively gorgeous. I think you could make a dried hydrangea wreath that would be perfect for your kitchen door. I see your channel subscribers are growing . Congratulations to you, You truly are the best UK vlogger. Sending warm wishes from Canada.
Love seeing your beautiful mum in your videos! Would love to see her on a weekly basis! I know that might seem like a lot but she is so much fun and so well loved on your channel. She brings such warmth and joy! Loved both your fall wreaths! Hopefully making a few of my own this weekend.
Your show is the best, by all means share your ups and downs, we are all human and life happens. We are here for you and your family. Take care and be kind to yourself ❤
Thank you Josie for yet another gorgeous vlog. I’m sorry you’ve had a trying time of late. Sending much love your way. Cuddle your gorgeous pups and your family a bit tighter. Loving the garden vlog too xx
The drone shots are just so beautiful, magical and amazing!! I do love every bit of your videos Josie - love the gardening and the clothing and make-up and skin care video parts, but for me, the videos where you highlight the wonderful events, places and amazing countryside where you live in the Cotswalds, are the most exciting and stunningly beautiful things to watch! Although, have to admit, I have also taken inspiration from some of your amazing recipes and frankly, would buy a cookbook if you and Charlie were inspired to produce one! Thanks for it all - you are a wonderful, relaxing respite in my overworked, American life. All my best to You, Charlie, your lovely Mother and Family and your beautiful Sausages (they are SO sweet)!! XOXO from Maryland, USA ❤
Nothing wrong with a bit of pampering :) does Charlie do these as well ;) Lovely to see your Mum :) I am glad your family is ok and hope Florida can recover from the hurricane quickly. That wreath would look lovely in your living room :) I would do a more floral one for the door out front. Poor kids glad they were freed from the pricklies and freshly clean and off to bed :) I like the wrap coat :) food looked great :)
Have to say Josie you are very good at what you do. I can always sit and watch your extended intro and the choice of music is always spot on. I liked the wreath on the front door but thought it would look better higher.
I have just found you and just love your vlogs and really appreciate the escape they provide. Thank you for the length as I love longer vlogs and the frequency 😊
I love watching the garden clips in you’re vlogs wish there was more of it. It really Inspires me to start sewing some seeds here in NZ. We’re entering the warmer months now. 💘
I’m so glad your family are ok,that hurricane was awful my heart ♥️ goes to everyone who was affected by this.I feel for you with the train incident, very distressing to witness 😢Hope Charlie is ok and he get the window fixed. The wreaths you and your gorgeous mum made are amazing 🤩 I absolutely love 🥰 them
Bought my bulb lasagna supplies a few weeks ago, and I’ve been excitedly anticipating this blog!! So excited that it’s here. Thank you for the tutorial, Josie! 🌷 🌷 🌷
Wreaths came out beautiful. 🍁❤️🍁 I love when your Mom is on your vlogs. Such a lovely woman. This American would love to have tea with both of you. Enjoy the beauty of this season. 🍁😊🍂 Thinking of you.
Hi Josie! 23yr old long time subscriber here, who has recently moved to Monmouth with my partner. Heard you mention in your video that you used to live in Ross On Wye. Do you have any local recommendations (ie: food, pubs, hikes etc). I watch your videos every day after work (as a physiotherapist) and love your content!
Josie, leave tomatoes in your house on the work top in room temperature - in a week or two they will ripen and be sweet and tasty as you would pick up them red from the plant 💚💚💚
I was just discussing dahlia bulbs with my husband this morning. I have 3 dahlias I need to move from my zinnia bed. The zinnias are super tall (I'm 5'8" and some are about eye height to me 😳) so the dahlias in the middle of the bed aren't getting adequate sunlight. I had no idea zinnias would grow that high, my grandmother's were always about knee high. 😅 Sorry for the rambling, I do love gardening talk though. 🤎
Hi Josie, I'd really recommend picking your chillies and either freezing them or just making them into your own chilli flakes. You can do this in either a dehydrator or just an oven and they will last you forever - maybe even a chilli Mac & cheese recipe!? yum x
Dear Josie, would you consider mentioning fragrances that you recommend for different occasions or seasons. That would be so interesting. I bet you have a wonderful collection. I really enjoyed this blog as always. Thankyou 💗💗💗
If you freeze your chillies whole then when you need any fresh chilli just finely grate it and pop the rest of the frozen chilli back in the freezer, we have been doing this for years
My Dad was a Police Officer in Central Scotland and was one of the incident commanders at the Polmont rail disaster. It was many years ago but obviously still relevant. Please look it up as I think it’s mostly forgotten about and we should absolutely learn from these horrific incidents.
Love the wreaths, they look amazing, You can make chilli jam, pickle or grind themselves into a paste and freeze them or stuffing peepers with chesse and freeze. . That's what I do with my chilli and pepper harvest.
Could you please show us how you curl your hair? It's so beautiful and bouncy! I have the Dyson airwrap and straightener, but I can never get my hair to curl. Thank you!
So special wreath making with your mum at Charingworth Manor. Both wreath’s are amazingly beautiful. Sorry to hear what happened in London. Loving the Bulb Lasagna planting never tried that before. Stunning jumpers. Soup looks delicious. Your new coat looks divine on you and such a beautiful time had at Good Gathers. Thank you for sharing ❤
re: tomatoes and chillies. For tomatoes, you can harvest green ones and ripen them indoors on your windowsill (won't taste AS good as ripened on the vine, but still a good way to save what you've grown!), and for chillies- yes you can freeze them! I do that a lot. I also LOVE to dry mine out in the oven, and then run the chillies through a coffee grinder I bought specifically for this purpose on the finest powder setting, and make spices!!!
Dear Josie, such a difficult time...I'm so sorry that you experienced such a gruesome event. Snuffle the boys, including Charlie, hug your Mum, have a hot bath, and a good cry. You don't need to pretend all is well when it's not. Love seeing you and your Mum together. The wreaths are beautiful and looks lovely on the front door. All will be well!
Good evening in Italy it's now 5:35 pm, and finally the working day is over, but it's about to rain and I thought I'd relax by looking at your vblog which from the beginning is full of interesting stories, bye!☺️

I just freeze chilli’s whole in a pouch then I shave or chop what I need from frozen. Truly works a treat. Make sure they’re dry before you freeze them. The wreaths you and Lila created were gorgeous. To quell yr fear of spiders have you tried hypnotherapy? know an amazing woman on Harley Street if you’re interested Josie.
Lovely vlog, Josie, you always have the best music 🎶! Glad you made it home safely, after the train incident. Sorry you had to see that, I'm sure it was upsetting. Your flower arranging and wreath making skills are amazing. Loved the beautiful drone footage. ❤️🎶🐾
