Very interesting question....but I will suggest you to observe that....when we start walking....90% righty person moves their left leg first..... And same as most of lefty person moves their right leg first during walking.... do this exercise , get a rubber band tie it within your all non-dorminant fingers (including thumb) then Stretch it............ this is so worthful and effective exercise for it
